Marco Rubio is a sucked-in member of the Intelligence Community cabal that set Trump up and keeps it going to this very day. I do suspect Rubio regrets all that occurred based on what he knows now and the role he played in long term facilitation of weaponization of government against conservatives, which could explain his stronger language attacking attacks against Trump based on that.

Dementia is not necessarily a condition that everyone deals with but some memory loss and verbal grasping for words to say is sometimes a problem. But Biden and Trump both know and ignore the issue.
