So does Indian Summer include only the time from the first frost in fall to the second frost in fall? Or is it the first frost in fall and then all warm weather thereafter for the remainder of the year?

I don't know but after today, we've got a week of weather going into the high 50s or hitting 60, and the people around here get a tremendous amount of pleasure out of it.
After my walk by the reservoir I will do the last of this season's raking this afternoon. My son is already cross country skiing at his house in New Hampshire. They say that due to the strong El nino conditions we will have higher than normal snowfall this winter, Odin willing.
Protests by people who oppose the Socialist takeover of their country are the backdrop to this event. Of course, the protesters are tagged as right-wing...if any reporting happens at all. This was the only entry I could see at AP News. Nothing on Reuters, or even at the New York Post. NYT had some articles going back to July, but nothing about the current events. Saw this on XTwitter: Nationalists up in Barcelona now - marching against the socialist coup in Spain
