The last several days have been thoroughly enlightening as to just how far down the pro-Hamas terrorists lovefest rabbithole Crack Emcee has fallen.

And fallen with apparent joy and glee.

The complete and total buy-in by Crack of the clear Hamas lies regarding how their hostages have been treated was the final step needed for complete reputational self-destruct.

A "new ager"-like acceptance and promotion of a 7th century islamic supremacist death cult.

How ironic.

It's pretty funny that our Secretary of State says that "as long as Ukraine wants to keep fighting..." but now even Ukrainian officials are admitting that the West killed a peace deal that Ukraine had initialed with Russia in March of 2022.

Russia was ready to end the war and withdraw its troops in exchange for Ukrainian neutrality just a few months after the invasion began and was refused partly because of ex-British PM Boris Johnson, who pressured Kyiv into continuing the fight, David Arahamiya, the leader of Ukraine’s ruling party confirmed in a recent interview, published on Friday, November 24th.

https://europeanconservative.com/articles/news/official-johnson-forced-kyiv-to-refuse-russian-peace-deal/

You know that BoJo was acting on orders from the US. This war is Joe Biden's little Cold War fantasy match. Ukraine is down to drafting women and 70 year old men, but I guess that until they are drafting 90 year olds, we will not have reached Lindsay Graham's proverbial "last Ukrainian."

Joe Biden still dreams of his "carnage á trois," war with Russia, China, and Iran, all at the same time.

I'm in the middle of "Romney the Reckoning" and Mittens is even worse than I thought. Not only a physcial coward (self-admitted) but a complete elitist who thinks that if your own voters aren't booing you as a Senator you weren't doing your job.

When J6 protesters entered the building, Romney first thought - after he ran to safety - was to call his wife and ask if she was safe. He actually thought some Trumpers would attack his wife in Utah! Later, he hired private security at $5000 a day, to protect himself and his family from a supposed vengeful "Trump mob".

When Capital Hill police wanted to load the Senators on a bus and drive them away on J6, Romney yelled "We'd be sitting ducks!" and refused to go. In fact, throughout the book, Romney is constantly imagining "Trump supporters with Guns" were somehow going to "get him". When listing the pros and cons of voting to impeach Trump in 2020, he listed as cons: "Personal safety of himself and family at risk if I vote to convict".

He also wants to live to 120 and is spending money to achieve that. LOL!

It dawned on me today that what I did from 10am to 8pm (I guess I should say from 1000 to 2000hrs) yesterday was what is called 'binge watching.' BBCA had Band of Brothers on, in order, and I watched the first six that way. Over the years I had seen some of most episodes and most of some, but never straight through. Of course there were commercials every six minutes or so but it was worth it--I saw and heard things I had missed or forgotten.

I wouldn't be a certified historical pedant if I couldn't spot some points to quibble over, but overall it was outstanding.

A-/B+

I've got the boxed set of The Pacific, unwatched, and may find myself in need of a DVD player . . . stop paying attention for a decade or so and the tech will change on you!
I could watch them here on the PC but I already spend enough time on it.

I'll use the Prof's portal. Pinky swear.

I am still upset that I wasted my time and money on watching Napoleon in a theater. I thought I could rely on movie critics to give reliable reviews, but I was wrong. I read reviews in The London Times, The New York Times, and some other mainstream media news outlets, which praised it. I can’t understand how a movie critic could fail to miss the lack of a coherent narrative, the juvenile dialogue, and the lack of any sort of character development. It’s almost as if they were afraid to offend the movie’s makers. Very sad that our mainstream media can’t even be trusted to give accurate film reviews.

What if someone put out an app that could tell you how much money one has blown buying and selling at the wrong time. House, boats, cars.

If a startup could do it, I would imagine it would be too depressing to make money on it. Unless they could get big pharma money to get it started.

Tim in VT wrote: 'It's pretty funny that our Secretary of State says that "as long as Ukraine wants to keep fighting..." but now even Ukrainian officials are admitting that the West killed a peace deal that Ukraine had initialed with Russia in March of 2022.'

Persuading two sides to settle a dispute may be called a political settlement. Making the victim of an attack stop trying to fight back and just accept its fate is more properly called complicity in abuse.

The war that Ukraine is fighting can truly be said to be “just”. The Ukrainians have a point in fighting, their leadership and the people are united in fighting. The Russians are fighting pointlessly, if you view things from their soldiers’ perspective. Putin may have his “points”, but from the stories of mutinies and desertion, as well as massive draft avoidance, his country is not united behind him but self-evidently repressed and forced to do his will. We talk of attrition but the attrition we should watch most closely is the wearing down of Russian support for the war and their leadership. The Soviet Union collapsed because it was built on lies and for a brief crucial period (glasnost’) the truth was allowed. People were empowered by the truth after being enslaved by lies. The same will happen to Russia. I would strongly argue that Ukraine is morally and militarily stronger than Russia. Militarily because they have a single-minded strategy, to evict an occupier, a strategy which the west supports. Russia as a whole has a futile and foolish strategy, which has gone wrong from the start. Who are we to tell the Ukrainians to sue for peace when victory should be theirs and is clearly achievable? The pointless deaths which have occurred on the Ukrainian side are not pointless from our perspective and are genuinely heroic. The pointless deaths on the Russian side are absolutely pointless.

I think they had hoped that, with my more active, masculine sense of lust, I would know the way to where the good stuff was stored. The high-octane inter-sexual satisfaction, mutual if performed properly, than which there was no better. Alas. Not.

And the rest of the story:

David Arahamiya, leader of the Ukrainian President’s Servant of the People party and head of the Ukrainian delegation during last year’s talks with Russia, revealed Russia’s proposal to end the war in spring 2022. The condition was for Ukraine to renounce its NATO aspirations and adopt a neutral stance. Arahamiya stated, “They were ready to end the war if we took neutrality and made commitments that we would not join NATO.” However, he highlighted the lack of trust in Russia’s propositions. The proposal would require a constitutional change, given Ukraine’s constitutional intention to become a NATO member. Without security guarantees, such an agreement would leave Ukraine vulnerable to another incursion.

Drago,

I don't know why you're struggling with me so, when it's your guilty conscience that's beating you up. You remind me of that Zionist who was openly hoping his daughter died in Hamas custody, when she was fine. Just a fucking racist loser, with an overactive imagination, making everything worse, all-the-time.

I saw the same photos and videos of women with dirty crotches, and immediately thought they soiled themselves, as scared people do. Rape never entered my mind, because protecting white womanhood was never my thing. But, I know it's long history amongst white men, so - just like them calling human beings "animals" and "savages" - speculating "their women" were coveted, to be abused, was always expected, as it comes with the territory. Still ain't seen it. Most white women sleep with other races on their own - usually to spite white men.

Soooooo, until someone shows me different, I'm not buying shit Zionists say about Palestinians, because the real-world evidence keeps revealing the opposite. I have the quotes from Zionism's founder, telling those morons to carry out this heinous project, and how to do it:

"We shall try to spirit the penniless population across the border by procuring employment for it in the transit countries, while denying it employment in our country...Both the process of expropriation and the removal of the poor must be carried out discretely and circumspectly.." (America And The Founding Of Israel, p. 49, Righteous Victims, p. 21-22)

"The antisemites (That's you, Drago) WILL BECOME our most loyal friends, the antisemites nations will become our allies." (One Palestine Complete, p. 47)

That's damning, and there's no escaping or denying it. Zionists started the terrorism. There's no escaping or denying that, either. We are currently discovering Zionists describe men, women, and children as terrorists - and lock them up for months for even years without charges - so Zionists are beyond suspect.

And, finally, until Hamas releases hostages claiming they were raped and/or abused, you can keep Zionist claims about what Hamas did to the dead. And even then, it pays to remember Einstein said - whatever terror befalls that land - first blame the British, and then the Zionist terrorists. If you wanna add white America to the list, be my guest, but you know how the old adage goes: Lay down with dogs and you get fleas.

I'd prefer not.

No - we want a world where crime is rewarded and no one gives a damn about justice as long as white people win. That's much better to live with as any nation's guiding principle [rolls eyes]. WIKIPEDIA: Manon des Sources is the second of two films adapted from the 1966 two-volume novel by Marcel Pagnol, who wrote it based on his own earlier film of the same title. It is the sequel to Jean de Florette.

Jean de Florette and Manon des Sources are ranked No. 60 in Empire magazine's "The 100 Best Films of World Cinema" in 2010.

Plot

Following the events of Jean de Florette, Manon, the daughter of Jean, is living in the countryside of Provence near Les Romarins, the farm that her father once owned...Ugolin Soubeyran has begun a successful business growing carnations at Les Romarins with his uncle, César Soubeyran—also known as Papet—thanks to the water provided by the spring there.

After seeing her bathe nude in the mountains, Ugolin develops an interest in Manon. When he approaches her, she seems disgusted by his vileness and almost certainly by the memory of his involvement in her father's downfall. But Ugolin's interest in Manon becomes obsessive,...As a small child, Manon had suffered the loss of her father, who died from a blow to the head while using explosives in an attempt to find a water source. César and Ugolin then bought the farm cheaply from his widow—Manon's mother—and unblocked the spring. Manon witnessed this as a child. The two men profited directly from his death.

When she overhears two villagers talking about it, Manon realises that many in the village knew of the crime but had remained silent, for the Soubeyran family was locally important. While searching for a goat that fell into a crevice above the village, Manon finds the underground source of the spring that supplies water to the local farms and village. To take her revenge on both the Soubeyrans and the villagers, who knew but did nothing, she stops the flow of water using the iron-oxide clay and rocks found nearby.

The villagers quickly become desperate for water to feed their crops and run their businesses. They come to believe that the water flow had been stopped by some Providence to punish the injustice committed against Jean. Manon publicly accuses César and Ugolin, and the villagers admit their own complicity in the persecution of Jean. They had never accepted him, as he was an outsider and was physically deformed. César tries to evade the accusations, but an eyewitness, a poacher who was trespassing on the vacant property at the time, steps forward to confirm the crime, shaming both César and Ugolin. Ugolin makes a desperate attempt to ask Manon for her hand in marriage, but she rejects him. The Soubeyrans flee in disgrace. Rejected by Manon, Ugolin commits suicide by hanging himself from a tree, apparently ending the Soubeyran line."

Russia, BTW, agreed to Western security guarantees for Ukraine, to overcome the lack of trust, which the West refused to provide. "Keep fighting!" - BoJo.

Also, it's Kiev that has broken treaty after treaty with Russia, not to mention the US, which simply withdraws from treaties and agreements that it made with Russia when they are no longer convenient.

Kiev. ignores the parts of the treaty that created Ukraine, signed with the USSR, that it finds inconvenient today, the treaty that carved out parts of Russia and put them within its borders, but they kept the parts of Russia.

To resolve the Cuban Missile Crisis, the US agreed to withdraw nuclear missiles from Turkey, which precipitated the whole missiles to Cuba gambit by Russia, and then, when the missiles were gone, the US simply withdrew from the treaty on intermediate missiles and moved the missiles back to Turkey.

Kiev signed Minsk II, then ignored it, and used the peace that it had gained to arm up, with the help of the US, and then began a military offensive into the Donbas, precipitating the current war.

Fascists like the Ukrainians and the Biden administration always accuse the other side of possessing their own worst faults. Russia has said that it will never trust the West again, and will simply turn East. China has said that Joe Biden says one thing in face to face meetings, and then simply does another as soon as he gets on the plane to leave. For instance, Joe Biden kissed Xi's ass in San Francisco, and now plans to send ten billion dollars in military aid to Taiwan,

Why should Russia and China ever make any agreement with the US again? Instead they have announced a military alliance, and if you haven't been following the war, you should know that the Russian military is very capable, and also, war comes down to manufacturing, and not manufacturing of hamburgers and fries and financial instruments, but physical things, and if we think that we can out manufacture China, we are dreaming.

We need to get along with them, not try to humiliate them militarily, because it might not turn out the way that Rich and gadfly imagine. We already surrendered our manufacturing to China because of people like Rich and gadfly. It's too late. The chessboard is now against us due to our stupidity in the past. We just need to try to get along.

Who cares now? That was another "unprovoked attack" decades after Zionists started abusing Palestinians. This proves A) how little most care about decades of abuse - or abuse at all - B) how weak the Palestinians are in comparison to the Zionists, and C) how determined they are to be free. And, of course, the 1972 Israeli Olympic wrestling team had no idea that, as the film One Day In September makes clear, the Palestinians were helped over the fence to the Games by drunk Americans, and eventually helped by cowardly Germans to escape custody.

@Tim in VT: There is an elephant in the room with regard to "negotiations". The west has negotiated with Russia before, and received formal commitments from it, to guarantee Ukraine's security and borders.

The result? Not one, not two but three invasions.

Only the most credulous would ever believe any kind of commitment from the Putin regime. It will only enter into negotiations at a moment where delay suits its tactics; and it will drop whatever it signed like a hot potato as soon as that is convenient to its aims too.

People like Tim (and others) who call for negotiations as a supposed alternative to war are engaging in fatally flawed thinking. Negotiation is not a strategy or an alternative course of action. It is a simply a process or method that can be employed by parties who are already committed to exploring the possibility of an agreement. Without that prior change of heart, negotiations are impossible. Simply putting people around a table to shout at each other is not a negotiation.

At present, there are only two alternatives open to Ukraine: fight or surrender. A cease fire in place is simply a milestone on the road to surrender. It follows that — regardless of their self flattering delusions — those who do not support the Ukrainian war effort are indirectly advocating for a Russian victory.

Yeah, one of your white brothers accused me of not liking the Uyghurs a few days ago (I haven't mentioned them since October) proving yahoos think alike, and will say it - sometimes word-for-word - when you're losing.

"Congratulations Crack"

Taking a deep bow. Gathering bouquets of flowers to my chest. A tear in my eye. "You hate me. You really, really hate me."

"And do tell us more about your vast experience with "hidden command and control centers"...from the deck of a resupply vessel in the Navy."

I never said I had "vast experience" of shit or was even a good sailor (like the Palestinians, I hate how you guys put shit on me) but, I did and will say, when you are personally chosen to man the Captain's Gig, it A) proves you got an engaging personality "the old man" enjoyed, and B) affords you lots of unusual opportunities to see and hear things, go places, eat things, etc, no average sailor ever comes across. Or - as you keep reminding me - can even imagine.

"You never really did elaborate after your bold claim."

Everything is a "bold claim" to the crazy white extremist's mind. Anyway, days before the accident in '79, I partied with one of the guys who died trying to rescue our hostages in Iran. That's closer to the action than you were, because, Drago, you're a moron.

You don't realize everybody needs the supply ship. You want mail? Eggs? Toilet paper? A fucking screwdriver? Come on. Stalin didn't rule because he was leader. He ruled because he knew how to organize. And literally everything is organized around your supply ship. Why did the Germans lose? They couldn't get fuel to the front AKA no supply capabilities.

What I'm saying is, I was always in the center of the action, no matter what was going down, and thoroughly protected like gold. I liked it much more than serving on an aircraft carrier, which is a floating city plus an airport, so always more difficult to get my mind around.

My naval career experience vastly exceeds yours.

Vastly.

No, you weren't at the "center of the action". You were supplying those who were at the center of the action.

You claimed you had lots of experience with "hidden Command and Control Centers".

Uh, no. You didnt.

Just another puffed up line of BS.

O-kay, Slick, prove it: Give us all the link to me saying I have "vast experience" with "hidden Command and Control Centers" - or admit you're a racist liar by slinking away and pretending this exchange never happened. Of course, your daily harassment of me has already confirmed that, but I want everyone on this thread to know it.

Prove me wrong: point us all to my statement of "vast experience".

I get it in my ankle and while the cream won't make the pain go away completely, it takes the edge off enough to where you no longer want to saw off your foot.

You've been trading on your modest navy experience for quite some time now and you are clearly not used to being called on your BS.

Even today, claiming you are always at the center of action because you claimed to have once spoken with some dude you claimed later died at Desert one. You also claimed you were exposed to stuff because you ran were assigned to the supply ship captains gig?

LOL

You are a fraud. A sad, racist, pathetic pro-Hamas fanboy fraud.

I spent part of today involuntarily cracking up at the idea you'd think I'd give a damn, or would be impressed, when I never wanted to be in the Navy. I did 4 years, wandering around, checking out "the military," just waiting to get out and start a punk band - which I did - and got signed, immediately. You're a joke to me, because I know you. I had no use for your type, then, and still have none for you, now. Why?

You're clearly a liar - now where's your quote of me claiming "vast experience," Son?

You are a total, confirmed joke...and a complete and total racist one at that.
