Disgusting scene at UW-Madison though.

"This is my alma mater. Madison has long been known as "100 square miles surrounded by reality," but this is a new level of cold-blooded sociopathy. Yes, there are monsters walking among us."

"Stumbled upon a protest today at the @UWMadison campus, gross chants including “glory to the murders”"

The EU is trying to get X formerly known as Twitter to censor what they determine to be misinformation. Apparently ELon is effectively telling them to shove it. Told them to identify exactly what they say is disinformation, and demonstrate or prove that it is indeed disinformation..The demonstrate and prove is the kicker- since they're likely not able to do either.

And so far- have not tried to.

Efforts to censor the internet- widely practiced during the covidiocy- are beginning to breakdown. Google is still cooperating.

Well, that didn't take long. After less than 12 hours, Google has taken down the site with public information about which student groups endorse Hamas terrorism.

Only @X allows the truth!

IF You think i "stole" your house; That gives You the right to rape/murder/kidnap my entire family?

Do i have that right?
That IF people see a video you made, of you laughing and dancing WHILE you rape/murder/kidnap my entire family;
You can "justify" that claiming that i "stole" your house?

Whoops, Mike Lindell is going, going, gone down the tubes! The Daily Beast writes:

The MAGA pillow magnate, who said earlier this month that he has “no money” due to his quixotic quest to prove the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump, admitted in recent days that he paused his ads due to a lack of product to sell and lenders cutting him off.

The latest blow to his already struggling company comes at a perilous time for the pro-Trump conspiracy theorist. With Lindell and MyPillow currently facing billion-dollar defamation lawsuits from voting software firms Dominion and Smartmatic over his election lies, his legal team dumped him last week because he owes them millions of dollars that he cannot pay.

During Friday’s broadcast of his online show . . . , Lindell confessed that American Express had recently reduced his million-dollar credit line to $100,000, placing his company in an immediate bind when it came to paying vendors.

“And all the stuff overseas is late coming, so we’re waiting for our stuff that goes on TV,” he said.

So China is making his pillows but no pay, no laundry.

Lex had Trumps son in law Kushner, for the whole hour, as Larry King used to say.

Clips emerging.

You know he got both sides to talk, I believe. It wasn’t covered, Trump was not closely involved so the press had no use for it.

West Texas Crude,

I believe that the possibilities you raise are as or more alarming. And I don't mean to discount them, but my point was more that there are things that could be done to prepare for the certainty of a high level Carrington event that no one wants to take the time or trouble for the society wide prep that would be necessary. So we are very likely to put prep off for centuries and be caught unprepared when it happens. I'm certain there is a cute name for that type of procrastination; perhaps some professional economist or other bright kid can tell me what it is.

You talk like the Israelis haven't hurt anybody in their desire for a homeland, and this is all just a matter of misperception. Sorry, but the Israelis are not the innocent party here.

Nice try Lem, but all we need to know about Lex Fridman's podcast follows:

The following is a conversation with Jared Kushner, former senior advisor to the President during the Donald Trump administration and author of Breaking History, A White House memoir. He’s one of the most influential and effective presidential advisors in modern history, helping conduct negotiations with some of the most powerful leaders in the world and deliver results on trade, criminal justice reform, and historic progress towards peace in the Middle East. On Thursday, October 5th, we recorded a conversation on topics of war and peace, history, and power in the Middle East and beyond.

As we now know, Jared, the "two billion dollar man" struck out big time on Middle East peace, despite having received a Mohammed bin Salman bribe of $2 billion in 2021 and a payoff of the Kushner family's upside-down investment of $1.2 billion in the 666 Fifth Avenue skyscraper by Qatari sheiks.

Qatar also sends money to Hamas.

Remember ...

Article I, section 5 of the United States Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."

Not one of the 29 Jews in the US House of Representatives, nor a single Republican, has moved to expel Palestinian terrorist supporter Rashida Tliab who has an terrorist flag hanging outside her office inside our US Capitol.

Now why would that be?

Buckwheathikes said...

Remember ... almost all of Joe Biden's cabinet are Jewish.

Not a single one of them has resigned in protest of Joe Biden giving Iran $6 billion to buy Hamas terrorists bullets.

Now why would that be?

Reiterating my point about the 10-10 Climatista video:

No Pressure (Film)

"No Pressure is a 2010 short film produced by the global warming mitigation campaign 10:10, written by Richard Curtis and Franny Armstrong, and directed by Dougal Wilson. Intended for cinema and television advertisements,No Pressure is composed of scenes in which a variety of men, women and children in every-day situations are graphically blown to pieces for failing to be sufficiently enthusiastic about the 10:10 campaign to reduce CO2 emissions. The film's makers said that they viewed No Pressure as "a funny and satirical tongue-in-cheek little film in the over-the-top style of Monty Python or South Park". Before its release, The Guardian described it as "attention-grabbing" and "pretty edgy."

The film was withdrawn from public circulation by 10:10, on the same day it was released, due to negative publicity. Charities that had backed the film stated they were "absolutely appalled" upon seeing it, and several of 10:10's corporate and strategic partners withdrew from partnership.

Although originally planned to be shown in cinema and television advertisements, 10:10 removed the film from their website and YouTube later on 1 October 2010. On Friday 2 October, 10:10 placed a notice on their website saying, "Many people found the resulting film extremely funny, but unfortunately some didn't and we sincerely apologise to anybody we have offended. [...] At 10:10 we're all about trying new and creative ways of getting people to take action on climate change. Unfortunately in this instance we missed the mark. Oh well, we live and learn." This was criticised as a non-apology apology by Michelle Malkin in the Litchfield County Register and Andrew Revkin in an opinion piece in The New York Times. A spokesman for 10:10 also denied that the withdrawal had been planned from the beginning in order to generate publicity. After removing the video from YouTube, 10:10 issued a statement: "We won't be making any attempt to censor or remove other versions currently in circulation on the internet". Then, on Monday 5 October 10:10 director Eugenie Harvey issued a second, more comprehensive apology, stating: "We are... sorry to our corporate sponsors, delivery partners and board members, who have been implicated in this situation despite having no involvement in the film's production or release."

Headline on Townhall: "Leftists Want the Same Massacre to Happen Here"

Looking at the Lefties full throated support of our open southern border, one must conclude that is exactly right. Ironically, the areas that will be exposed will be high population centers (read: lefty strongholds). These people are so stupid or maybe just deceived.

Could it just be that both sides are wrong - that both sides’ have made individual decisions leading to their hearts having turned to stone?

The only solution is all people practicing daily repentance and forgiveness.

The fact that our society has not taken massive steps to prepare for and mitigate a future Carrington type event really says so much about us as a species. We KNOW for certain that such an event will take place, and that it is not all that rare. We actually have the ability to mitigate the damage. And still we do next to nothing, knowing that the results will be cataclysmic for society. All the while, we spend billions (trillions?) on foolish schemes to stop a speculative "climate change", while knowing these steps will have little to no impact even if all our suppositions prove correct (which is a big "if" indeed).

I wish that I could understand this mindset, but it simply escapes me.

This might be a good spot to ask for some Disqus help; I know several of you frequent the comments of Instapundit, Powerline, and other sites; and I can't seem to find anything to help on my own:

For the last couple weeks, I have been unable to view comments at Instapundit. I hit the red number of comments, and nothing happens. But at Powerline, I can see and scroll through the comments; I can't comment because apparently I was banned recently (for what, I have no idea). And at some horse-racing sites that use Disqus, I encounter no problems at all.

So what's up with Instapundit? Any Disqus experts out there?

The Crack Emcee: "The Jews living in Israel is like me moving into a neighborhood right between Drago and Narr, thinking everything was gonna be fine."

Crack does seem to spend an inordinate amount of time lying about history (direct lies, lies of key ommissions as well as bumbling ignorance), inflating his background to all-knowing/all-seeing status as well as "convicting" people he does not know of imaginary crimes and transgressions.

Crack is the Malcolm Nance of Althouse blog.
