One of the keys to political strategy is to ensure that your supporters enjoy little victories, to keep them engaged. This was explained in the book The Power of Habit. Well, the corollary of that rule is to deny your opponent's supporters little victories, it's only common sense. Well, the Bud Light brand switch, and the Fox News switch to on-line news sources, are little victories, and it really vexes the regime that they are happening. Tucker's views on Twitter are a little victory. So is Musk's successful takeover of Twitter.

With a list to port, and his sails in rags
And his son in the scuppers with the staggers and jags,
He's a broken man on a Delaware pier
Searching for a 12 year old at which to leer.

Joe is taking on water in the polls, half of Democrats think he's too old, 71% of Americans think he is too old, and his approval is far below where Trump's was at this time in his presidency. This sweetheart deal to get his son off the hook with the gun charge is not going to stop the investigation of. where the corporations controlled by Joe and his wife got millions of dollars in income that he never fessed up to in his purported "income disclosure," and which matches up pretty well to the figures bandied about by the whistleblower regarding bribes from Ukrainian oligarchs.

BTW. did you know that the US Constitution allows for the private ownership of warships? There is a clause allowing issuance of Letters of Marque by Congress.

In recent years, extremist Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has built alliances with anti-vaccine and far-right figures. He has been a guest on the programs of Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, Stew Peters, and Charlie Kirk. He has also promoted right-wing organizations Project Veritas, The Epoch Times, and Judicial Watch. And most recently he did a podcast with weirdo Joe Rogan, famous for his Ivermectin cure-all claims.

Kennedy and his Children’s Health Defense organization have also allied with numerous QAnon conspiracy theorists. The intersection is part of a larger convergence between the anti-vaccine and QAnon movements that took place during the COVID-19 pandemic.

So disenchanted MAGAts will have someone to vote for in the primaries when Donald gets room and board at the minimum-security Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola.

I should have known you'd bid me farewell
There's a lesson to be learned from this and I learned it very well
Now I know you're not the only starfish in the sea
If I never hear your name again, it's all the same to me

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

You never care for secrets I confide
For you I'm just an ornament, somethin' for your pride
Always runnin', never carin', that's the life you live
Stolen minutes of your time were all ya had to give

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

The story's in the past with nothin' to recall
I've got my life to live and I don't need you at all
The roller-coaster ride we took is nearly at an end
I bought my ticket with my tears, that's all I'm gonna spend

And I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

Oh, oh, oh, I think it's gonna be all right
Yeah, the worst is over now
The mornin' sun is shinin' like a red rubber ball

I put this at yesterday's open thread but it bears repeating since it won't be covered by the MSM...

"You can take this big f*** ton of money and buy people, I work for a company called BlackRock…It’s not who is the president it’s who is controlling the wallet of the president. You could buy your candidates. First, there is the senators these guys are fuckin cheap. Got 10 grand you can buy a senator I’ll give you 500k right now It doesn’t matter who wins they’re in my pocket.

Varlay doesn’t stop there, he goes on to describe what those in his line of work think of the tragedy of war saying its “real f***ing good for business”."

This blow-up is local politics at its worst. Keep dividing the country.

This would be like if Alabama starting flying Confederate flags over their townhalls. It would offend people, just like singling out the rainbow flag is. What if we start flying Pro Life flags?? Would THAT be okay?? Why not??
Why are some groups more equal than others??

"Rochelle Park Mayor Perrin Mosca was ousted last week when council members from both parties voted to remove him from office. “A majority had agreed that as a township we would not put up any flags that singled out one group over another group. That should have been the end of the issue,” Mosca said.

But instead, it was the end of the line for the Republican mayor, and last week the three other Republicans on the committee joined the lone Democrat who promoted the Pride flag – Councilwoman Linda Boniface – to force Mosca out of the mayor’s chair.
"My position is that private flags do not belong on public property. The only flags that represent the entire community of Rochelle Park are the American Flag, the NJ state flag, the County flag and our Township flag. All other flags will only create division and open up our township to a myriad of other issues. I am not the only one who believes this to be the best policy."

ANOTHER STORY THE MSM WILL MEMORY HOLE..

"Apparently as a counterpart to the ongoing lavish media attention paid to “Pride Month,” a media black hole has opened up and swallowed a horrifying story of 4 children, ages 5 to 10, rescued from a transsexual sex party in a Boston housing project that turned deadly. Nary a word about it from monarchs of mainstream media, including the hometown Boston Globe. But the always lively Boston Herald either didn’t get the memo or didn’t care."

"(The) 2008 National Geographic Documentary Titanic: Ballard's Secret Mission shows that USNR Commander (Dr.) Robert Ballard, the oceanographer credited with locating the wreck of RMS Titanic, was sent by the Navy on a mission under cover of the search for Titanic to map and collect visual data on the wrecks of both Thresher and USS Scorpion.[30] Ballard had approached the Navy in 1982 for funding to find Titanic with his new deep-diving robot submersible. The Navy conditionally granted him the funds if the submarine wrecks were surveyed before Titanic. Ballard's robotic survey showed that the depth at which Thresher had sunk caused implosion and total destruction; the only recoverable piece was a foot of mangled pipe.[31] His 1985 search for Scorpion revealed a large debris field "as though it had been put through a shredding machine". His obligation to inspect the wrecks completed, and with the radioactive threat from both established as small, Ballard then searched for Titanic." (From Wiki ref: The Thresher)
