It's propaganda all the way down. Which doesn't mean that any specific objection the content of the propaganda is necessarily correct.

Has the MSM even reported the recent news that the first person to come down with covid (patient zero) was the scientist leading the coronavirus gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab?

The left's conspiracy theories, like the Trump collusion with Russia theory, usually turn out to be false. The "conspiracy theories" on the right, like the lab leak theory, turn out to be true.

Why not debate if the science is so clear and the facts so incontrovertible?

I hope some disinformation can be filed under the heading of honest mistake. The problem is that some of the disinformation really does look contrived. The powers that be are forfeiting their right to the benefit of the doubt....I used to think that the intelligence services fell for Saddam's bluff about WMD, and that it was a legitimate mistake. I'm not so sure anymore. Numbers 2 and 3 were definite lies. Unlike number 1, the media went out of their way to propagate and make credible those lies. Number 4, I'm not so sure about. One thing I'm certain about, however, is that a regime that is capable of killing, what, forty million or so of its own people is capable of fucking up a lab experiment and fibbing about it. And such an accusation is not racism......Here's an aside about such lab research: If we're closing down all the nuke plants because of the risk of an accident, shouldn't we be closing down such labs as well.

There are 2 reasons why rfk must be non-platformed

1. He's going to beat Brandon in NH and Iowa

2. Maybe even a bigger reason is that he is an existential threat to the media, especially tv. They get a huge percentage of revenue from prescription pharmaceutical ads.

Rfk is one of a few and the most vocal in asking why the us is the only country where prescription drugs can be marketed to the general public. Besides nz.

Msm cannot let this get into the public mind. They might start questioning why this is permitted and might even demand it be stopped.

If it is stopped, pharmaco loses its leverage and TV might even start running stories both pro AND con.

He's a dangerous man to the money. He must be muzzled.

Just goes to show you, that not all conspiracy theories are true. Most are, but not all. Especially not the ones our government and Media tell us. They are Enemy.

Also, does Left Bank of the Charles realize that "conspiracy theory", as a pejorative term, was coined by the CIA during the late 50's, and was circulated by their many, many paid agents in the US media?

A "conspiracy" is when two or more people work together to achieve a goal that they intentionally keep from others. Most people are involved in at least one conspiracy. A good lawyer is usually involved in several. The world is swimming in conspiracies.

Example; The CIA and their agents in the media conspired to make the term "conspiracy theory" accepted as a valid rebuttal to the many, largely accurate accusations of criminal activity made against the CIA, an organization chartered to break laws.

Ok but it doesn't work in the other direction either. The fact that George Bush, Dick Cheney, Colin Powell, select NY Times editors and journalists, etc, conspired to inflate the case for the Iraq War is NOT evidence that childhood vaccines cause autism and Bill Gates can monitor me via the chip he implanted in me when I got vaccinated.

It's funny how it was plain as day from the first days of the pandemic that it was a lab leak of a chimeric virus created for research purposes. You could find articles bragging about it, and even papers in Science warning that it was extremely dangerous, and yet we were told that, unlikely as it may sound, a once in three generations globally leap between species just happened to take place 20 miles from the lab that was the center of this dangerous research.

Research like this article describes (2018)

How China’s Bat Caves Hold the Secret to Preventing Epidemics

There was no "conspiracy," they did it in the open, where they conspired was the coverup, and I don't think that there is any doubt that the conspiracy theory of a coverup has been proven to be true.

Did he? What are the sources for these claims?

Is spreading conspiracy theories?

None of the things mentioned by Greenwald are theories. They were actual lies told by a conspiracy of individuals in our government to convince the public to respond in a way preferred by those individuals. The evidence supporting this is numerous. Take the Hunter Biden laptop story. It was a Biden campaign operation that got current and former intelligence officials to sign a letter (a conspiracy) saying it was "Russian disinformation" when it was already confirmed to be Hunter Biden's actual laptop (fact).

Do you, left bank, still believe the Wuhan wet market theory, despite the evidence from China that the covid patient zero were three scientist working in the Wuhan lab? Do you still put your teeth under a pillow? Leave cookies and milk by the fireplace during winter in hopes some portly man will stop by?

"I used to think that the intelligence services fell for Saddam's bluff about WMD, and that it was a legitimate mistake. I'm not so sure anymore."

Saddam did not have WMD, and the intelligence services knew it. Saddam's son-in-law had briefly defected to the West a few years before 9/11 and he told the US government that he, himself, had overseen the destruction of Iraq's WMD. Later, when he returned to Iraq, seeking reconciliation, Saddam had him executed.

The UN Inspectors sent to Iraq in the wake of 9/11 to search for WMD, after some difficulty with interference, were given free access to search any locations they wanted to. After three or four months of searching, they reported having found nothing. They told the White House their search regime would require another several months to complete certification as to whether Iraq did or did not have WMD. The White House told the inspectors they had no more time and to leave immediately, as the imminent invasion date had already been scheduled.

This reveals that the Bush/Cheney White House had no genuine desire or intent to avoid waging war on Iraq. (A mere 8 or 9 months before 9/11, both Condaleeza Rice and Colin Powell made public announcements, on camera, that Saddam had been disarmed and he posed no threat to his neighbors. If Saddam posed no threat to his neighbors, how could he pose a threat to the US, a half a world away?

"In Cairo, on February 24 2001, Powell said: 'He (Saddam Hussein) has not developed any significant capability with respect to weapons of mass destruction. He is unable to project conventional power against his neighbours.'".

"On May 15 2001, Powell went further and said that Saddam Hussein had not been able to 'build his military back up or to develop weapons of mass destruction' for 'the last 10 years.' America, he said, had been successful in keeping him 'in a box.'"

"Two months later, Condoleezza Rice also described a weak, divided and militarily defenceless Iraq. 'Saddam does not control the northern part of the country,' she said. 'We are able to keep his arms from him. His military forces have not been rebuilt.'"

Read the article. (The film clips where these statements were made by Powell and Rice may be seen, as I did, in Michael Moore's Farenheit 9/11.)

Bush, Cheney, Rice, Powell, and many others in that White House absolutely knew Saddam had no WMD and no cooperative relations with bin Laden or the Taliban. Bush, Cheney, et al., are indisputably war criminals who should (but regrettably never will) be prosecuted for war crimes and mass murder.

Well, this one's easy, Robert. It's a matter of record that Wuhan was a subcontractor on EcoHealth Alliance's R01 grant.

The lab leak theory always looked plausible. Accidents happen. All the time. The biosecurity at Wuhan was akin to a dentists surgery.
I think the evidence is pretty overwhelming that it was a lab leak. An accident.
But it was funded by the US through EcoHealth, led by Peter Daszak, who also led the coverup asserting it was not a lab leak. And Fauci covered for him, because he approved the funding.
China needs to be held to account for the cover up - imagine the tens of millions of lives that could have been saved, never mind the devastation to people's lives and jobs, if they had alerted the world in November 2019 instead of letting all the Chinese flights from Wuhan to infect the world.
But Fauci and Daszak need to be held to account as well.
PS I always believed that the MMR vaccine leads to autism was nonsense and I trust the UK health authorities (who did a good job in Covid 19 vaccines and not hiding risks), but who can blame people for being a bit more sceptical of authority claims now?

One is forced to confront the strong possibility that Left Bank is not gaslighting but is truly that ignorant.
