"U.S. prosecutors on Tuesday charged a Wisconsin man with firebombing a conservative anti-abortion group's office last May..."

"... just days after a leaked draft of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling overturning the nationwide right to abortion became public. Hridindu Sankar Roychowdhury, 29, was arrested at an airport in Boston after authorities said DNA from a thrown-away bag containing a partially eaten burrito had helped them identify who caused the May 8 fire at Wisconsin Family Action's office."

They will try him, he will be acquitted, will sue for being prosecuted, and will win a million dollars or more in a settlement. And all this is me simply assuming he did, in fact, firebomb the building.

Should have finished the burrito.

If only he had learned to clean his plate...

Prosecutors don't like losing so he will be prosecuted. The fix will be in the sentence or plea deal.

Hridindu could be in real trouble if that was a beef burrito.

Interesting to read The Complaint linked by the Reuters report. Thew Feds are involved
because: maliciously attempted to damage and destroy, by means of fire or an explosive, a
building housing ORGANIZATION A, an organization involved in activity affecting
interstate and foreign commerce.
(In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 844(i).

This complaint is based on the attached affidavit of Cheryl Patty. I think she's still a
Wisc. Deputy Sheriff. She was a national Deputy Sheriff of the year in 2019. Now attached
to an FBI task force.

They got DNA from a broken window, bottles believed to be Molotov cocktails. even the wick.
They also had photos of graffiti from a wall of the building.

In January this year there was graffiti on a wall during a protest at State Caitol. Someone
noticed a similarity to the graffiti at fire from 8 months before. Extensive review of
surveillance footage follows. Suspects then associated by time with vehicle in
a parking garage. Associates of owner of vehicle identified. Days later an associate veiwed
driving vehicle, parking for a while then exiting and disposing of brown bag. Cops retrieve bag and DNA recovered that matched DNA from fire year before. It reads like a CSI show. Noone evidently saw unsub at the fast food restaurant. Maybe he was just tossing someone else's trash. Still enough for an arrest.
Cops observing the disposing of the brown bag were able to identify subject by comparing his looks to a copy of license. From 100 feet away. I guess he wasn't wearing sking garb.

Cubanbob: they linked his DNA to DNA left on the firebomb.

Why does UW employee people who deface public buildings and threaten police? Answer: he and the other vandals spraypainting the Wisconsin Capitol to protest Atlanta's new training center for police, firemen and EMTs weren't arrested. Police were forced to stand down.

Question: why doesn't the news report that the ANTIFA/Food Not Bombs terrorist killed at so-called Cop City shot a cop first and continued firing, after refusing to emerge from his tent? Answer: you know why. Cops aren't people.
