It was a “no bones day” when he plopped back onto his bed — not necessarily a bad day, but more of a slow, low-key day.... Noodle, who had 4.5 million followers on TikTok, would at times “crumple with ennui”....

I randomly clicked on one clip, which turned out to be about Giving Tuesday. The guy proposed to donate to 5 causes suggested in the comments. "Suggest anything you like!" Strangely his examples were all far left.
The NYT does paid obituaries so anybody might show up.

Noodle was probably an entitled asshole, like Nom Nom in those three bears cartoons or Eddie Murphy playing Gumby.
Dogs are great. Tend to think there are differences between cat people and dog people. I think Taylor Swift is a cat person and Carrie Underwood and dog person. Hmmm...

OK. I took your invite and linked to the videos and started with the first one, announcing that "I'm so sorry to have to announce this, but Noodle passed away yesterday."
I have a 13 year old dog. And though she's still spirited, you can see her getting older (look who's talking). But I can be very sure that when that day comes, I won't be on TikTok crying to the world that 'noodle' has passed. Yikes.
Am I wrong in thinking the Chinese love our curated sensitive side?
