If I understood correctly, this show consists of her and Chelsea getting together with some other celebrity mother and daughter — e.g., Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson — and all 4 of them getting "out of their comfort zone" by doing something they hadn't done before. How far out of your comfort zone is a particular dance when you have danced or a particular soup when you have made soup?
They do move on to the serious topic of the documents seized in the Mar-a-Lago raid. Hillary is sharp and substantive, avoiding the display of animus toward Trump. Asked if she thinks he will be indicted, she says: "I don't want to judge. I've been prejudged — wrongly — enough."
She wants to know how it was possible that these documents could have been moved to Mar-a-Lago, when they were in a category that, when she was Secretary of State, she would read in a secured room, supervised by a person who carried the document in a briefcase handcuffed to his wrist. I wrote "when they were" and not "if they were" only because that's how she spoke.
A fair-minded listener will contemplate making an inference that the documents at Mar-a-Lago were not documents in that category of secrecy. Perhaps Hillary herself was thinking that when she spoke of her own experience: "I don't want to judge. I've been prejudged — wrongly — enough."
Now, most people probably think she said that because she knows Trump's document problem is getting compared to her notorious email problem, and that's reason to distance herself. Let others jump into where-there's-smoke-there's-fire arguments. She got out the part that's most useful: Explaining the care taken with these documents. That's a basis for outrage against Trump.
But she left a ray of hope for him. She explained why it's just not possible that documents at that secrecy level traveled to Mar-a-Lago. Then, what happened? I won't prejudge, but just sketch out what could have happened: There really were no such documents found at Mar-a-Lago? Or: someone out to destroy Trump stuck these files in the boxes? As Hillary herself asked: Who packed these boxes?
She didn't add, but I'll add: Why wouldn't Trump, once asked, return the documents voluntarily out of concern for national security, a desire to look concerned for national security, and in order to fend off a swarm of FBI agents going through his entire home?
Don't miss the moment at 7:10 when she stares down the camera and sternly intones: "No one is above the law."

What is she trying to prove? That government is impotent versus armed citizens? Sound like it to me. Also, with gun sales topping 1 million per month since the "peaceful protests" of 2020 that number is way out of date. There may now be 600 million or more, with Black women having the highest first-time buyer rate. This will perhaps be the point when it dawns on the left establishment that several decades of gun bans and ever more laws backfired, as both their political opponents and supporters are now buying more guns.

There was a three-skip possibility. Page communicated with a second person, who communicated with a third person. The FBI could seize communications of the second and third person.
The FBI and NSA records of those seizures might comprise many of the Top Secret documents that Trump had.

The question has been asked why Obama could have 3 million documents without a raid happening. The answer I saw was that his documents are stored in a site approved by the agency responsible for keeping track of documents and previous presidents. What I have never heard asked - let alone answered - was who was in charge of the documents at that site. All former presidents have staff available to them in addition to their security. Is Obama's site monitored daily by the staff of the agency that approved it or does Obama simply rely on type of staff members that Trump used. Essentially, is Obama's site an actual site staffed by staff of the approving agency or a bureaucratic sleight-of-hand to get around the document handling laws?

It's possible that that's how it works for the secretary of state but not for the president--nobody gets to restrict how the president sees a government secret. That's the biggest flaw in the "Trump spirited away classified documents" argument--he has unrestricted ability to declassify documents. He could legally take any document he wanted by simply saying the magic words--"I declassify these documents."
Therefore, in order to do what he is accused of doing, he would have had to consciously choose to leave himself in legal jeopardy. That's what's very unlikely.

Gutsy premieres on September 9, 2022, on AppleTV+, which has ~38,700,000 paid subscribers as of May, 2022. What are Hillary and Chelsea being paid for this show? Will the number of actual viewers of Gutsy be released after its premiere?
I'm thinking based on the interview at The View that this Gutsy show is just attempted rehab for corrupt, vile, old Hillary. It is just another way of paying off a politician by the tech industry. Nobody involved cares if anyone ever sees the show, now that it has been publicized and Hillary can refer to it as her "Gutsy" effort. It is no Profile in Courage, and lacks even The Audacity of Hope.
As precedents to how the Clintons amassed their wealth, I refer to Chelsea's multiyear, $600k/annum, relatively work-free sinecure at NBC and multiple highly paid board memberships, and all of Hillary's six figure "speeches" to Wall Street executives. Why wouldn't Trump, once asked, return the documents voluntarily out of concern for national security, a desire to look concerned for national security, and in order to fend off a swarm of FBI agents going through his entire home?
Because the document(s) that they are actually interested in are what Trump considers proof of deep state corruption. He already gave back some documents at their request earlier in the process. They wanted everything, because they couldn't ask for the specific set of documents as that gives away the game. So they raided, because the longer they let him have it the more leverage he would have.
From Trump's perspective he needs to retain the documents to serve as a threat against the deep state from interfering with his next election run. "Go after me, and I'll release the documents". Trump is arguing that his copies are declassified. And are owned by him as Presidential Records. He declassified them before he left office. Just because something is declassified doesn't mean that it must be released. If he gives them back he no longer has them as leverage. It also explains why the DOJ wanted their own lock on the storage locker while they fought over who owns the documents. They wanted to make sure that other copies weren't made. Unfortunately for them there's no guarantee of that.
The FBI in their warrant application wanted to seize every document to a) cover their butt if they took too much and found incriminating evidence, and b) to provide plausible deniability of what documents they were really looking for.
The raid leaked though (how could it not?) and so now they are stuck. They have to make it look like they had a good reason. Hence the leaks to the WaPo about "nuclear secrets of a foreign power" which may end up just being a letter from Kim Jong-un discussing nuclear disarmament.
It explains why they don't want a special master to independently review the documents. Because now someone they don't have control over may see what they were really after. And may just give them back to Trump. They can't have that.
They will probably indict. Or indict someone like Kash Patel who was likely the one that packed the records. He worked for Devin Nunes before moving to the executive branch. He's been designated as one of Trumps representatives with NARA for presidential records.
The DOJ will hope that indicting will shut up Trump. But they still don't realize that Trump just doesn't care. He plays to win. And he usually plans to win multiple ways. The problem for the DOJ is that they don't really know if they have the only copies do they.

First of all, Trump declassified the documents before 1-21-22 as he can.
Second, there's no reason to believe these documents were so TOP SECRET that they could only be read in a "secure room". If so, why did it take 1.5 years for anyone to care? Why did Garland take a week to approve the raid? The FBI knew the documents were in a locked storage room in May.
Third, the intelligence agencies and FBI have abused the classification process. Right now, we're back where we were 5 years ago. The Press and Democrats are telling us that Trump did something VERY WRONG, but they can't tell us what or give us specifics because its TOP SECRET, VERY HUSH HUSH.
The entire subpoena should have been published and nothing redacted.
