Weisselberg plead guilty to essentially stealing from the company. The "owner" had nothing to do with it.

Further, even though the prosecutors are desperate for someone, anyone, close to Trump to lie about him so they can conjure up a prosecution in a deep blue corrupted judicial environment, that just ain't happening.

Same thing happened with Manafort after the DOJ/FBI worked hand in glove with their bosses at the DNC and Hillary campaign to give Tony Podesta full immunity, for FARA violations, so that Podesta could testify against Manafort for.....FARA violations. Manafort was also popped for tax issues from years earlier prior to working with the Trump campaign.
