It is Joe Biden stumbling over the redacted warrant to raid Trump's house.
Not that difficult to figure out.
When it comes out just how corrupt and blatantly illegal this action was to the general public it will end Biden's administration and lead to the dissolution of the FBI.
Maybe it's just two memes floating about in people's minds which suddenly appear together. That "redacted" page was floating about on sites before the affidavit came out and the reality of the affidavit confirms the mockery which was that we can predict the "truth" or "pravda" we'll be told. ("Washington Pravda" for those who think WaPo is too jaunty for the times?) Then, Joe Biden trying to climb up "redacted" and falling in his old guy way, well, that's reversing "Modern Times" where we sympathize with Charlie Chaplin.
Why are we so mean now? well, I for one wish Biden's narratives would make him slip in the polls. I wish people could see that the leader of a country can not be an ice-cream-eating baby going on fun trips to the beach and giving the kindergarten valedictorian speech. "I wish there were no more bad people in allll the world and we'd allll dance and sing if Bad Mr. Maga would just go away, blow away, allll gone. And I would give money to alll the poor people and say "Happy Birthday. Unless they were Maggots and then I would kick them and run, run, run away and tell the police to kick them, too."
What it shows/means = Democrats are both duplicitous (hiding their intentions by covering/obscuring) and incompetent.

On one level they look like stairs.
On another other level he is just doing what every despotic regime in history did to seize power. He is building a series of lies that are then used to persecute his political opposition and institute one party power.
But his regime is stumbling over all of the lies.
