So Alaska. I'm cracking up. The Emil Notti candidacy is tempting. Defeated by Young 49 years ago and, at 89, throwing his hat in again.
I always voted against Young on principle. No one should serve that long, and it was always a spit into the wind. He had everyone firmly in his pocket. If I still lived there I'd take a good look at Tara Sweeney. She's Native, which is an important and powerful constituency in the state, and she served in the Trump admin.
