Cornel West is part of the academic elite. When he tells the leftist mob to STFU and then fires off a round to get their attention and a warning about what will happen to the next person who interrupts the speaker, then I'll applaud him. Until then, he's just a hypocrite.
What reality does West live in that he thinks Biden, Biden himself, could do anything?
West is sharper than that so I have to wonder if he isn't actually addressing Obama via the Cabbage.
West has run a pretty good schtik for years and years. Now upstarts like Henry Rogers, AKA Imbram X Kendi, are beating old Cornel to the big bucks. Got to get out there and stir up some hate.
Voting rights? I'll wait until after seeing 2000 mules before I comment on that. Jesse Waters dis a man on the street in Harlem on blacks/I.D./internet connection/voting registration that makes a liar of all onboard the voter I.D. scam train.
There may be some people in this world whose worldview I care less about than Cornell West, but I can't think of any such people at present.
This goes even more for the New Yorker magazine.
The phrase "Self licking ice cream cone" comes to mind.
If West wants US politicians to pay attention to Black people and their issues, he should persuade 25% of them to vote Republican in the next election.
Right now, Republicans ignore them because they know no matter what they say or do, Black people will vote against them. (See 2016-2020 Trump)
