He was acquitted (of course he was).

He just pleaded guilty to illegal gun possession charges stemming from the same incident filed in 2017.

He had been deported five times before the shooting/killing.

A fall onto a hard-edged surface such as a end table or coffee table would have left cuts on his skin. A fall onto a cushioned surface would not have killed him.

For example, in the early 1990s, in order to secure Russian support for German reunification, the US promised no further eastward expansion of NATO. After reunification, the pledge was abandoned. What I read was that less than 5,000 people died after 300,000,000 (300 million) mRNA sticks were given which works out to a very miniscule 0.0017%. And Lancet does not claim (because it doesn't have such data) that the vaccine caused the deaths since this was simply an observation study of complaints.
