Remember the illegal immigrant who killed Kate Steinle in San Francisco in 2015?

He was acquitted (of course he was).

He just pleaded guilty to illegal gun possession charges stemming from the same incident filed in 2017.

He had been deported five times before the shooting/killing.

Justice delayed...

From Small Dead Animals links to PJ Media: While data shows that “most reported adverse events were mild and short in duration,” according to the study, which was published in the UK-based medical journal The Lancet, 6.6% of all side effects were categorized as “serious,” and resulted in “inpatient hospitalisation, prolongation of hospitalisation, permanent disability, life-threatening illness, congenital anomaly or birth defect.”

Deaths represented a stunning 1.3% of side effects reports.

Nine months ago I liquidated most of my assets, including the sale of my favorite material possession - my boat, to purchase a business. I’m proud to say that its replacement arrives tomorrow. Not new or as fancy as its predecessor (new and used boats are quite difficult to obtain) but it’s super groovy, nonetheless. And by super groovy, I mean it has a ten speaker, 800 watt sound system. Priorities, peeps. :)

Question asked on the Howie Carr show today: "Who is Hunter Biden rooting for in the Ukraine-Russian war? He has taken money from both."

And yet Tucker Carlson is accused of treason.

Jussie Smollett is out of jail. Who had 6 days in the betting pool?

Latest information regarding Bob Saget’s death is that the injuries to his skull suggest a hard fall onto a carpeted surface. A fall onto a hard-edged surface such as a end table or coffee table would have left cuts on his skin. A fall onto a cushioned surface would not have killed him.

Interestingly enough, acute vertigo is a known side effect of the mRNA vaccines.

My Brother-in-Law's boat burned to the waterline. It was berthed in Long Beach, CA. He can't live without a boat, much to my sister's annoyance. He found a new one in New Hampshire and had it trucked clear across the country to Long Beach. It's smaller than the old one and he's spending too much time fixing it up, according to my sister.

Jussie won't do another second in jail.

Even if his appeal fails, his release during appeal will be considered "time served".

Count on it.

I don't mean this comment to reflect negatively on the Ukrainians, and I admire the spirit they have shown. I would like to comment on their architecture, however. Those bombed building I have seen on tv are soulless and ugly. I presume they were put up in the USSR era. Stalin's gray breath conquered all. What is it about totalitarian countries that is so damaging to the human spirit that they can create no proportion or grace in their living spaces?

An unscrupulous, capricious, and deceptive foreign policy has been the rule in US history rather than the exception. For example, in the early 1990s, in order to secure Russian support for German reunification, the US promised no further eastward expansion of NATO. After reunification, the pledge was abandoned. This kind of mendacity is the hubris of hegemony and is what earned Great Britain the moniker "perfidious Albion" in the 18th and 19th centuries.

I think I’d recently read a post here about an article written by a Susan Glasser, but forget what the topic was. Today I read some of her comments regarding the three Fox News people in the Ukraine two who died, one who was seriously wounded. Susan Glasser’s comments were despicable and she is a genuine, soulless POS.

I'm hearing mumbles about Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R*) making a POTUS run in 2024. His best lane is to run as a Dem, and he's probably smart enough to know it.

I was quite surprised that Smollett was sentenced to even a short prison sentence and a few other penalties. I thought that the fix was in.
Now he is released from jail, pending his appeal, with only $150,000 bail, probably paid by a leftist group like BLM. Now I really think the fix is in.

I'm betting on one of two things:

1). Jussie fakes another hate crime and everyone cares because Chicago.

2). Jussie is a victim of real crime and nobody cares because Chicago.

Bad news for Can of Cheese:

"[Hunter] Biden’s failure to pay all his taxes has been a focus of the ongoing Justice Department investigation," reported Katie Benner, Kenneth P. Vogel and Michael S. Schmidt [at the New York Times]. "While wiping out his liability does not preclude criminal charges against him, the [tax] payment could make it harder for prosecutors to win a conviction or a long sentence for tax-related offenses, according to tax law experts, since juries and judges tend to be more sympathetic to defendants who have paid their bills."

And if your name is Donald Trump you don't ever pay all of your tax liability while continuing to live the good life undeterred.

did not know this about Belarus

Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya is the leader of the Belarus opposition who are trying to end Aleksandr Lukasenko’s tolitarian regime. Her husband is being held as a political prisoner and she haven’t seen him in over a year. She still fights on for her and the Belarusian people’s rights.
Watch her tell about her astonishing story in this full length interview.

Fredrik and Sviatlana are joined by Swedish prime minister Magdalena Andersson, Swedish director Felix Herngren and Norwegian TV-profile/comedian Else Kåss Furuseth.

What I read was that less than 5,000 people died after 300,000,000 (300 million) mRNA sticks were given which works out to a very miniscule 0.0017%. And Lancet does not claim (because it doesn't have such data) that the vaccine caused the deaths since this was simply an observation study of complaints. More importantly, 299,933,000 sticks were unquestionably worthwhile in protecting against the coronavirus. This isn't difficult to understand, Lem.

How many of these Agreements, promises, (treaties) are real? As in, ratified by the Senate. The Iran "deal", and the "Paris climate accords" come to mind.
Negotiated agreements between an administration, they expire with that administration. They are not binding the United States
