The FBI... quickly concluded that there was no evidentiary basis to believe any of it.... The central role played by the U.S. media in perpetuating this scam on the public — all with the goal of manipulating the election outcome — is hard to overstate....

I would like some serious research into how impactful this was in 2016 and to the Trump Presidency. The sheer volume of wall to wall news articles, TV news segments, congressional time, justice department time, FBI time....all of it. Major heads of intelligence and law enforcement agencies making public statements.
All of it based upon literally a lawyer for the opposing Presidential campaign claiming information that was very quickly disproved, on opposition research put together by foreign intel assets (Steele) very quickly disproved, all coordinated by a central law firm and PR firm with a straightforward money trail back to the opposing Presidential campaign.
The funny thing is I remember when Trump was first being elected and he called out that Trump Tower was being wiretapped....how many articles mocking and aiming to discredit him...all the while he was spot on.
The funny thing is Trump probably has been the most investigated president in U.S. history in general and specifically with Russia, meanwhile folks like Biden and Hillary Clinton are rolling around. Biden with his not-even-hiding-it son peddling influence to the tune of what, 100s of millions of dollars? Clinton with their Clinton Foundation that literally had a nearly 60% revenue drop the year following Clinton's loss - why would such good work be so punished when the Clinton's can focus on their calling instead of their campaign?
Ridiculously corrupt political class. Corruption is always the reason for downfall.
While I have no sympathy for Sussman or any other political operator caught up in this fraud, the real crimes were committed by government agents who lied to courts and continued pushing this hoax long after they knew it was groundless. And it’s hard to imagine how the media could be properly punished for their role, their betrayal of the public.
The FBI... quickly concluded that there was no evidentiary basis to believe any of it....
That doesn’t seem to have prevented James Comey from using it to launch the Mueller investigation, forcing Michael Flynn off Trump’s team of advisors and making Flynn’s life miserable, and the FBI launching an operation to entrap Trump in a procedural crime.
Paraphrasing Christopher Wray after the testimony of molested Olympic gymnastic champions: “Oh dear, that shouldn’t have happened.”

Does it meet the US Code definition of "insurrection"? (me)
I need to go look up the definition of insurrection but don't have time this morning. My recollection of the text of the law is that it might.

There’s dozens of others that deserve indictments as well- why do they get to roam free?
I have been following the climate change hoax since way before the name was changed from global warming to climate change when the globe stopped warming, an inconvenient truth. This type of manipulation of facts/data and the full throated support by Democrat media of worse case false scenarios has been going on from the beginning of that particular fraud. The Russia hoax seemed like exactly the same kind of scam to me early on. My favorite part of the Russia hoax is the leaking of information by government officials to a media source, then another media source publishing the same material, then the government using the fact that media sources are reporting on the issue as evidence of the crime to the FISA court and others. This blatant conspiring by political actors and the media is why I don't watch or follow news anymore except on the periphery like on this blog.
I would like someone to explain to me (politely and clearly) why these actions by the Clinton campaign are not just as bad as the worst things that the Nixon campaign did during the Watergate era -- attempting to use the FBI to achieve partisan political advantage.
If you want to punish the media, turn them off.
"There’s dozens of others that deserve indictments as well- why do they get to roam free?"
The gap between what one deserves and what one gets is one of life's continuing mysteries.
“Quickly concluded?” The failure of Jim Comey to say that publicly at the time is more than negligent. If indeed that conclusion was reached quickly then why the hell has it taken until now to read these words in the mainstream media?
After Comey I am most disgusted by Brennan who briefed Obama July 28, 2016 that Hillary was ginning up a “story” about Trump and Russia to “distract from her email” scandal. But then he went to work for CNN claiming falsely that he’d seen evidence of Trump collusion. What villainous scum!
And perpetuate it to destroy a presidency. Sedition.
And where is the despicable Rod Rosenstein?
The Clinton campaign ran two disinformation operations at the FBI. They then leaked the FBI's looking into these claims to the incurious and allied press. HTey hit the joackpot with the Steele "dossiere."
"Where there's smoke there's fire." The Clinton campaign was the arsonist burning down trust in the press, FBI, and other institutions.
Contrast this with the Hunter Biden laptop story which was largely true and yet suppressed by Twitter and Facebook and embargoed by the major press.
No "Hillary is like Nixon" tag, I guess. Could we at least get an "Obama is like Nixon" tag?
It was only last October, for instance, that we learned that then-President Obama was briefed by his CIA director, John Brennan, on an intelligence report that Clinton planned to tie then-candidate Trump to Russia as “a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.” That was on July 28, 2016 — three days before the Russia investigation was initiated.. - The Hill

Have you heard the Good News, friend? But it's just a silly legality. Trump is still hip deep in Vlad's back pocket, that's not the issue.
The indictment alleges that Sussmann met with FBI General Counsel Jim Baker in September 2016 to provide information about connections between a Russian bank and the Trump Organization. The FBI was unable to substantiate any links between Alfa Bank and former President Donald Trump’s businesses, but the charge against Sussman — making false statements to the FBI — doesn’t allege that the substance of the information was false. Instead, Sussmann is accused of misrepresented on whose behalf he was providing it
Trump brought all the toxic elements in the left’s bloodstream into a nasty tumor on the surface of our political skin. Nixon did the same thing. Nixon’s enemies are still celebrated for their role in bringing him down. I doubt it will be any different with Trump’s foes. But kudos to Glenn Greenwald for trying.
After all the investigations of Trump (remember he turned over everything without any claims of executive privilege) and the illegal spying on every call, text, or email, we can conclude that Trump has to have been the cleanest, least corrupt person to ever occupy the White House.
The deep state, however, has been exposed for being for more evil than even its biggest critics could imagine. What a nasty, vile, vicious den of villainy and evil!
John Brennan's CIA found out about this almost as soon as it was launched and knew it was phony. He told Barrack Obama. They never made a press announcement about this phony story, never told the FBI to sh*tcan it. What they did was allow the FBI to promote the story.
Indict everyone involved, including Brennan and Obama.
This entire charade took over our country, our news, and blocked out all of the great moves that the Trump administration was doing, in spite of being attacked on all sides from all people in government, media, and academia (our 'experts'). There is so much wrong with the entire thing, from Adam Schiff on through to the FBI, CIA, NSA, DoJ.
And aside from Kevin Clinesmith, no one has paid any price for this abomination. Nor will they.
And those who perpetrated the attacks on our very system of government have book deals, show appearances, TV contracts, miniseries about their 'heroics', or worse, they still sit on committees in Congress further infecting our system. (Hello Adam Schiff).
When you consider the scope of this entire project- and it was a Democrat operative project- it's overwhelming in the breadth of the collusion that actually took place. Our media will never again be trusted to tell this story or any other. We laugh at them, consider them as annoying as a mosquito buzzing about our heads. Something to swat away as we dig for actual reporting and research from a handful of others. RussiaGate did not take down Trump, per se, but it did prevent the masses from knowing how much he did accomplish. Their project did it's work.
The other thing it did is put the final nail in the coffin of our corporate media. They are toast as news organizations. They are, at best, entertainment. At worst, colluders in government mis-actions. Used pawns to spread misinformation for a living. How proud they must be.
How about some context, for those who may have forgotten:
The president-elect told the New York Times on Tuesday that it would be “divisive” to pursue criminal investigations into the former secretary of state over her use of a private email server or conflicts of interest involving her foundation. His conciliatory tone provoked a backlash from some conservatives.
“I don’t want to hurt the Clintons, I really don’t,” Trump said, according to a tweet by Times journalist Mike Grynbaum. “She went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways.”
Apparently aware that the election campaign had been extraordinarily polarising, Trump said a prosecution would be “very, very divisive for the country”. Clinton’s lead in the popular vote now exceeds 1.5 million.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/nov/22/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-investigation-jail-dropped
“I’ll tell you there is something that I wanted to say because I was honored—very, very honored—when I heard that President Bill Clinton and Secretary Hillary Clinton was coming today, and I think that’s appropriate to say. And I’d like you to stand up. I’d like you to stand up,” Trump said at his inaugural luncheon in the Capitol, as the Clintons received a standing ovation.
Those at the luncheon included political leaders in both parties, members of the new presidential administration and the families of Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
“Honestly, there’s nothing more I can say because I have a lot of respect for those two people, so thank you both for being here,” Trump said, addressing the Clintons. Trump and Hillary Clinton also shook hands when the new president arrived at the luncheon.

Apparently this indictment was now because of statute of limitations. Maybe that means there will be others. But this one was for "lying to the FBI" again, which isn't that encouraging. Are there any real crimes available here?
Lying to the FBI is a process crime. Like what Manafort, Flynn and Papadopolous were charged with. Why wait until the statue of limitations has almost run out to bring charges? Baker must have known Sussman was lying, and Durham certainly would have known as soon as he began investigating. Why did Durham wait?
While the “smart” people worry about Trump’s so-called craziness, I wonder how many of us could survive the onslaught Russia Gate and the other accusations the Establishment threw at Trump. And Trump accomplished so much for Americans while this was going on. Remarkable.
How demented must Hillary Clinton be to concoct these schemes? I guess she really knew just how much voters did not like her. And as her role in this insurrection becomes better known, perhaps people will see the evil person that would corrupt American justice for her own failings. Despicable human being.
I have little faith in seeing justice here, but the indictment sparks a wee bit of hope.
As for the media, there’s no chance they belong in one of the children’s books mentioned in another post today. They should be ashamed and request the country’s forgiveness, but they have no shame or morality.
It was a good team effort to rid the nation of the Orange Man. He was a threat to all who live off the government gravy train.
Sussman will be lionized for his efforts.

Steele's Dossier Report About Alfa Bank
It appears Chuck may have been nutted by reality.
Howard: "Have you heard the Good News, friend? But it's just a silly legality. Trump is still hip deep in Vlad's back pocket, that's not the issue."
Its not surprising that our Antifa-Denier Howard decides to double/triple/quadruple/n-tuple down on the russia collusion hoaxes (all of them) that have all been systematically debunked and demolished and destroyed because Howard, like his bookend buddy LLR Chuck, has been one of the most aggressive pushers of this laughably transparently false narrative from Day 1.
Wanna have some fun? Ask Howard to provide his 5+ years of "specific details" on just what this being "in Vlad's back pocket" means......and then let the laughter begin!
Exit question: How much interest have the Biden family generated off the $3.5 Million payment made directly to Hunter by the wife of the corrupt former Mayor of Moscow (and close Putin confidante and amigo)?

The left is just not interested in the truth. The narrative is much more important.
Inga, is that you ?
gilbar: "You know, i'd Really Like to hear the opinion of a Life Long Republican on this!
Chuck? speak up, tell us what to think"
You already know what LLR Chuck "thinks" about this because we already know what the DNC/MSNBC/MediaMatters/Every far left group thinks about this. And LLR Chuck never deviates even one iota from the farthest of the far left entities on narratives and policy matters.
There is interesting context for Howard's postings and that context includes the following:
1) Howard has stated that there are no illegal alien Haitians under an overpass in Texas and if you believe there are, you are a conspiracy theorist
2) Howard has stated emphatically that antifa does not exist and is just an idea....something he posited after praising antifa as modern day courageous Normandy invaders for over 6 six months
Once you understand the above 2 points, and so many others just like them, then Howard's missives make perfect sense.
They also explain why LLR Chuck is such a strong ally of Howard.
Peas in a lefty pod.
Apparently this indictment was now because of statute of limitations.
The statute should be extended by the length of the Mueller probe. No investigations could be conducted during that time for fear of "interference" with the ongoing investigations.
That should give Durham another two years to bring indictments and flip witnesses.
It's cute how y'all think that truth, justice, and the American way still matters. (Did it ever, beyond the first few years?) There is more at stake than those things. There is power to be had, money to be made, elbows to be rubbed. The old adage needs to be updated: you can fool some of the people... to: you can fool the credulous if you appeal to their deep seated biases. The right relies on logic and sense, the left relies on psychology. The left wins.
Here's another one for Howard, who has strongly asserted there are no Americans left in Afghanistan:
https://apnews.com/article/afghanistan-california-immigration-taliban-18b3c63cd7724707f86ba9d883d7c27b
I suspect in about a week or so Howard and LLR Chuck will be shifting talking points to blame Trump for the Americans left as hostages in Afghanistan that in previous weeks they claimed did not exist.
We not only had DOJ Lawyers changing emails and committing perjury, we had guys like Sussmann lying to the FBI and posing as "Concerned citizens" when they were working for the Clinton Campaign.
You should go read the indictment. It shows how the Clinton campaign had Interent experts, researchers and investigators with connections to people at the FBI, NSA, Captial Hill, and the whitehouse. They immediately identified almost everyone who relations with Trump and began scouring various databases trying to dig up dirt. When the couldn't find it, they made it up.
BTW, all the Senators on the Intelligence committee knew Trump-Russia was a fake from the very start. Yet Sen. Burr said nothing and neither did Mitch McConnell and the others. They were all in on it.
Guess what…there really is a “deep state”. The FBI is a totally corrupt organization and Christopher Wray is useless. I no longer trust my government, military, etc. But, unfortunately, nothing will happen to any of these bad actors. They will “skate” with a smirk on their face and get a job working for some other corrupt entity after retiring with a full pension. I am disgusted with corrupt Wash DC, media and evil big tech.
I no longer recognize my country.
"...doesn’t allege that the substance of the information was false..."
That is called grasping at straws. Give it up. The Mueller Report at the top of page 2 says that Mueller's two and one half year investigation (using the full power and majesty of the Federal Government) "... did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities." The Alfa Bank/ Trump Tower allegations were so long discredited that they were not even mentioned in the Mueller Report.
The article makes clear Sussman’s sources didn’t even believe the Alfa bank crap, but Howard theorizes that Sussman believed his own BS. This ain’t Seinfeld. Even if he pinky swear believed it the lies are still lies constructed for evil purposes and put the entire country in political turmoil which continues to this day because Trump was so effective only a concerted mountain of lies could convince Americans to elect Joe instead.
I see Howard is already out with the new narrative- a narrative, by the way, that is already underwater- that Sussman was simply trying to give the FBI information that might be true.
Howard, the indictment makes it clear that Sussman probably knew the Alfa Bank material was untrue- they, the Clinton people with the aid of some people in the tech industry, created the information out of whole cloth. Sussman was purveying false information. Durham's problem, though, is that as of right now he can only materially support the false statement charge because Baker is the witness, not Sussman.
The people who created the Alfa Bank ruse aren't, so far, charged with a crime. Creating it isn't a crime in and of itself- it is obstruction, though, if they intended to give it to the FBI to gin up an investigation into someone. It might be a conspiracy crime even if they weren't aware of the plan to go to the FBI. Sussman, though, is the guy who took it there, but Durham might not be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Sussman knew he was purveying a fraud. Durham needs to turn Sussman, and I doubt Sussman will break- he would be too afraid of dying by suicide.

Fake but true!
This is the kind of cognitive dissonance you have to live with as a supporter of the uniparty regime these days.
I believe it is "Sussmann" with 2 n's. Just one of the Clinton$ many soldiers of fortune.
Indicting a law partner for a process crime: finally I feel the weight of my heavy cynicism lifting as justice reassert itself in the upper reaches of our government. I feel a new spirit of responsible government and official accountability spreading across the land. It may have taken several years to do so, but the wheels of justice are turning.

I don’t think that “demented” is quite right. Biden is much closer to Demented. Evil, I agree with. But not demented. She and her people have been getting away with this sort of thing since their Arkansas days. There was nothing the least bit mad or demented about attacking Trump this way - she knew that she would never do any jail time for any of this. And that was borne out. Compared to the number of felonies that she committed while Secretary of State with her illegal personal email server, a couple of her junior minions getting their wrists slapped probably doesn’t even register with her. She is a sociopath, with the bodies to prove it.

That does no good at all. 50-70 percent of cnn's audience has turned them off. Has it changed anything?
If you want to punish the media, send a letter to the ceo of their advertisers threatening boycott.
2-300 letters will cause advertisers to scream bloody murder. Advertisers (their customers) are who CNN et al pay attention to, not viewers (the product)
Paper letters, in an envelope with a stamp to the ceo. It will get forwarded to the right person in marketing.

Howard is correct: the substance of the allegations is not the issue in the Sussman indictment.
The substance of that case has already evaporated under the intense scrutiny that it was designed to generate.
Nice try, though.

He was previously a senior policy advisor to Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential election campaign and her deputy chief of staff at the Department of State when she was Secretary of State. Trump is still hip deep in Vlad's back pocket, that's not the issue.
I am assuming that this is parody and you are aware that Biden shut down Keystone and is hampering fracking, both of those things huge favors to Putin, while approving Putin's pipeline into Europe, as a further sloppy wet kiss to the guy. All three of these pro-Putin policies were opposed by Trump. I thought you worked in energy extraction, for some reason. That's why I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that your post is parody.
Yeah, Howard, he's so deep in Vlad's pockets that he restored eastern European missile defense systems that Obama had dismantled in favor of Vlad, and promoted increased domestic production of fossil fuels and the Keystone pipeline, while working to frustrate Russia's plans for an pipeline through Europe (you know, the one that Biden gleefully approved for Vlad).
Not to mention putting far more effort into maintaining a presence in various embattled nations in which Russia has a stake (of course, it takes damned little to surpass the non-existent efforts of the current toady in the Oval Office).
The only ones as duplicitous as those who hatched the now-debunked Russia conspiracy claims are little fools like you who refuse to accept just how badly you've been duped.
Inga hardest hit.
Meanwhile, back Hive Land, the ever-brilliant Howard insists that Trump is still in Putin's pocket. (Don't bother asking for evidence.) This bothers Howard because Putin is a dictator, and we all know how devoted to liberty Howard is.

Howard has a long history of saying things he knows isn't true.
If the FBI decided the Russian collusion claim was a hoax at the beginning, why did Comey attempt to entrap Trump into obstructing justice? Why was there an impeachment?! I mean, technically, Comey spent more time trying figure out if Hillary committed a crime with her emails (she did but Comey protected her).
"Trump is still hip deep in Vlad's back pocket, that's not the issue."
I was more than willing to entertain this idea, as it seemed to fit my view of the guy. The problem is that reality refused to align with my view. Mueller spent 2 1/2 years and 20 million dollars looking into the question. His team consisted of a group of people who really wanted to nail Trump's hide. In the end, they couldn't make any connections that would stick. They came up so empty, the 1st impeachment didn't even mention the Russia question. So yeah, that is the issue.
And they all won flippin' Pulitzers.
Will anyone apologize?
Not likely.
The only way I will be (qualified) happy with this is if they use this indictment to squeeze Sussman into fingering (metaphorically) someone higher up the food chain.
The FBI could have done that with Page, Strzok, etc. but never did.
Arrest the little guy and work your way up. It is prosecution 101.
Hey, look kids! We've got a Trump-Russia collusion bitter clinger here!

If Trump were in Vlad's back pocket, then Vlad would have released the juiciest of the Clinton emails to the US press in 2016, to ensure the victory of his puppet.
Instead, he kept them all hidden, while allowing his people to whore for Hillary.
Because he'd already bought the Clinton Foundation.

Highliting that for you, Howie.
To charge him with giving the Feds false information, they have to be able to prove that he knew it was false.
They can definitively prove that he knew he was representing the Clinton team, and lied about it to the FBI.
The Mueller "dream team" spent years and millions of dollars trying to come up with crimes to charge Trump, and they found nothing.
Are you really going to try to pretend there was actually something there?
What color is your blank? You know, the one you cuddle up with every night, just like most other emotional 5 year olds?
I knew if I posted a quote from MSNBC you people would be so triggered. Thanks for the laughs.
I mean, technically, Comey spent more time trying figure out if Hillary committed a crime with her emails (she did but Comey protected her).
Which was a total waste of time!
He just needed to ask himself if Hillary intended to commit a crime - any crime at all - conclude the answer was no, and end the whole thing right there.
That would have been as by-the-book as what he actually did.

Well, his client wasn't accused of any crime, his client was accusing someone else of committing a crime.
So there's no privilege reason justifying Sussmann refusing to say who his client was, let alone lying about it
So, yes, he was required to be truffle with the FBI
Yeah, Howard, he's so deep in Vlad's pockets that he restored eastern European missile defense systems that Obama had dismantled in favor of Vlad
This statement is simply a lie. Obama did not dismantle anything in Eastern Europe, he just canceled plans to base ICBM ABMs in Poland. Trump didn't restore those systems but did provide Poland with THAAD systems, which is not the same.
“Was Lawyer Sussman professionally required to identify his client truthfully to the POLICING AUTHORITIES?”
I would say “yes”. Definitely, if he actually told the FBI anything false about who his client was. That is engaging in dishonesty. Non layers may be surprised, but lawyers are essentially not allowed to lie. Mislead, maybe, but lie, no. Hence why you have to listen very carefully to them when they say anything that could be false. Most likely, they just imply something, but say something innocuous. Even if he didn’t actually lie about the identity of his clients, it may still be unethical if he mislead the FBI, since knowing that he represented Crooked Hillary and her campaign would have been highly material as to the credibility of the claims.
Joe Smith: "The only way I will be (qualified) happy with this is if they use this indictment to squeeze Sussman into fingering (metaphorically) someone higher up the food chain.

This is not "prosecution 101". It's Coverup 101. Durham, like Barr, respects our "institutions" and "Normz" far too much to let a little thing like a government wide coup and abuse of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to attack domestic political opponents to cause them to really hold the guilty parties to account.
He [Comey] just needed to ask himself if Hillary intended to commit a crime - any crime at all - conclude the answer was no, and end the whole thing right there.
That's not the way the espionage law works. Intent is not required. All it requires is the existence of extreme negligence. A holder of a security clearance, whether it be just Confidential level or Top Secret/Special Access Program is obliged to take care to protect classified data. Simple negligence (accidently leaving classified on a park bench, for instance) can be punished with just stripping of the security clearance or other administrative punishments. Extreme negligence, where the holder just doesn't deliberately exposes classified data without the intent to transmit to an adversary can be punished with prison time and heavy fines.
Hillary demonstrated extreme negligence. She exposed classified data because she didn't care to protect it and she wanted it when she wanted it regardless of whether where she wanted was not a secure facility (a SCIF). Someone had to help her remove the data from a SCIF so she could put it into her emails. Those someones should have been prosecuted as well.
I had a security clearance before I retired. We had yearly training on how to handle classified data and penalties for not doing it correctly. I would bet that Hillary didn't even bother attending the classified data handling training classes. I remember hearing that no record of such training could be found for her.
Field Marshall Freder: "This statement is simply a lie. Obama did not dismantle anything in Eastern Europe, he just canceled plans to base ICBM ABMs in Poland. Trump didn't restore those systems but did provide Poland with THAAD systems, which is not the same."
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!
Yes, Freder really meant this as some sort of defense!
And it was obama/Biden who scrapped deployment of ABM systems from Poland, Czech Republic AND other eastern European nations. So, uh, not just Poland.
And in keeping with that tradition, and in order to help the democratical pals in the islamic supremacist crew running Iran, Biden's Earpiece has already ordered the removal of defensive missile systems in Saudi Arabia.....just in time for the Iranians to have their Yemeni pals start stocking up for soon to be missile strikes into SA.
There can be no real argument now that the obama/Biden's Earpiece administrations long ago decided they would do whatever it takes to make the entire Middle East an Iranian fiefdom just as they are doing whatever they can to make the ChiCom's THE global superpower.
This is the globalist/EU plan: a global triumverate running the show comprised of the EU/UN, ChiComs and Iran. These "best and the brightest" "elites", as they did in 1917 re: the early Soviet Union, have "seen the future...and it works!"
Gotta echo Drago here (what has been said before)-- Barr for sure is a literal Company Man; I don't know about Durham but unless I see clear evidence to the contrary my assumption is that they both want to minimize the exposure of and damage to the DS as first priority.
Justice for Trump figures not at all.
Now we have a sexy missing person/murder case to dominate the airwaves for a while, and NPR is putting the case against Trump's accountant and organization in heavy rotation on their hourly updates. The more things fall apart the more of these things we'll be treated to.
Nothing will come of this other than one or two minor fall guys taking the rap. I would be shocked if this actually where to go up the ladder not too far from the top. Regarding the media, the best way to diminish the hyper partisan propaganda and to adhere relatively close to the truth is for Congress to repeal section 230, legislate to effectively eliminate the NYT-Sullivan ruling and allowing for loser pay and punitive damages if the allegations are shown to be baseless and malicious. Then for the cherry on top, require cable companies to allow which channels the customers are willing to pay for including over the air channels and opt out of the rest.
Mike at 6:09...
And how the hell did the info get past the 'gap'?
That was extremely negligent, intent or not.
One more...how the hell does the FBI hand out immunity like M&Ms to everyone involved with the Hillary team, many of them witnesses?
If you give someone immunity, you get something in return...commonly testimony against someone else involved in the crime.
But no...immunity for everyone! (said in an Oprah voice).
It was a setup...in the bag from the beginning.
'No reasonable prosecutor' my ass.
How the info got past the "gap" is the $64,000 question. And who got past the gap?
The FBI gave Hillary a get-out-of-jail-free card when they interviewed her. Violated all kinds of procedure and treated her like she was Queen Hillary I. Probably thought she was going to win so didn't want to piss off their new boss.
The more of this rotten filth is exposed, the happier I get. You know why? It's making it more and more plain that the Democrats are unfathomably weak and teetering on the knife-edge of oblivion.
They require the constant, vigorous conspiratorial efforts of every organ of the Establishment just to stay more or less competitive with the Republicans at the national level. Imagine where the party would be without its overwhelming support from the news media, academia, the entertainment industry, the national security apparatus, Wall Street financiers, NGOs, the civil service, labor unions, Silicon Valley, the Bar, and much of organized medicine, organized religion, and the military brass.
And still, it's not enough! They have to come up with cockamamie, desperate, illegal schemes like Russiagate just to keep their heads above water, and yet Hillary STILL lost.
Be of good cheer! The news media's lies are crumbling. The curtain is being pulled back. The entire edifice of the Left is a decrepit Potemkin village. When the average American has had enough of their sh*t and decides it's time to excise the cancer, they will dissipate in the wind like the armies of Mordor at the moment the One Ring is destroyed.
So then, can we conclude that Sussman (if he lied/misled) did name someone/entity as his client - is that someone/entity mentioned in any narrative from POLICING AUTHORITIES? OR known to the grand jury via any witness testimony?
"I knew if I posted a quote from MSNBC you people would be so triggered. Thanks for the laughs."
Laughing at your own jokes is SO sophisticated. You are a friggin' Cary Grant.
I don't think you are doing it right. You are supposed to post some triggering statement from Fox News, and then laugh at the reactions, calling it Faux News to show how superior you are.
Howard: "I knew if I posted a quote from MSNBC you people would be so triggered. Thanks for the laughs."
Ah yes, the now patented Howard "I meant that" response when he is exposed, again, as a dope.
Over and over again.
Yes Howard, you are playing n-dimensional rhetorical chess.............LOL
27 Pages is pretty long write up for an indictment.
Good analysis:
Dem plot to ‘Steele’ the White House: Anatomy of a political dirty trick - Andrew C. McCarthy NY Post. Article first appeared in NRO.
We will see if anything actually comes of it.
How come there are no Perry Masons among the (not so)lawyerly commenters? or Columbos
So then, can we conclude that Sussman (if he lied/misled) did name someone/entity as his client - is that someone/entity mentioned in any narrative from POLICING AUTHORITIES? OR known to the grand jury via any witness testimony?
or if POLICING AUTHORITIES /independently/ established who the client is - what did they do with that knowledge?
is Durham RP-ing Lt. Columbo?
Q for POLICING AUTHORITIES AND INVESTIGATORS : what did you know and when dCid you know it [find out].
Cruel justice? Irony >
would be if Hillary outed Sussman in /Confession/ to Comey -
modified Arkancide - after all the henchmen are also getting old.

was not this guy carrying water/handing out the extra diaper for his FBI buddies all this time?

This statement is simply a lie. Obama did not dismantle anything in Eastern Europe, he just canceled plans to base ICBM ABMs in Poland. Trump didn't restore those systems but did provide Poland with THAAD systems, which is not the same.
Hey Field Marshal Freder, do you know what "ICBM" stands for?
Intercontinental Ballistic Missile
Are Russia and Poland on the same continent? Why yes, they are!
Is THAAD what Poland needs to protect itself from likely Russian threats / attacks?
Why yes, it is!
The ICBM ABM systems that Obama blocked from Poland were to help protect the US.
So we understand why you America hating Democrats were all opposed to them
"I knew if I posted a quote from MSNBC you people would be so triggered. Thanks for the laughs."
Yes because there's nothing funnier than plagiarizing someone else's stupid statement, then watching people point out that stupidity. Comedic genius aside, snark (particularly the unfunny kind) is still not a real argument for anything.

Well, we can conclude that you haven't bothered to learn anything about the case.
He went to the FBI and said he was coming there as a "public spirited citizen", not representing any client.
