This is lying to a secret unaccountable Judge for the purpose of spying on US citizens violating their 4th Amendment right to privacy. 4 times in total. The renewals by the FBI are granted because the FBI tells the Judge, the warrants are productive and need to continue...for a year... with zero evidence at the end...4 secret warrants to spy on a US citizen.

Cuomo blames Trump for nursing home death undercount

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo responded to accusations that his administration undercounted nursing home deaths from COVID-19 by laying the blame on the Trump administration.

"Where this starts, is, frankly, a political attack from the prior federal administration and HHS and their great spokesman Michael Caputo, who was a protégé of Roger Stone," Cuomo said at a press conference Friday.

Cuomo was forced to address the issue after New York Attorney General Letitia James released a report Thursday, claiming that the New York Department of Health had been undercounting nursing home deaths in the state “by approximately 50 percent.”

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/cuomo-nursing-home-trump-undercount

The only reason for doing this: Letitia James (a sub-zero politician, if there ever was one) is interested in running for Governer herself in 2022.

GameStop trading is almost all short-term, i.e. not held for 1 year, so ordinary income rates apply. Losses are only deductible against other income to the extent of $3,000 per year.

I have no problem with the wealth of hedge fund managers being redistributed among smart ass kids. Every time a hedge fund manager goes broke an angel gets his wings. But here's my problem with the current scenario: In order to cover their losses, the managers are liquidating their assets. Liquidating assets means selling their stocks in a hurry. This could turn into something like a run on the bank. Anytime there are more sellers than buyers, the price goes down. When there are a lot more sellers than buyers, the price goes way down. The market was overvalued and was ripe for a hit. This is just a hit, not even a correction, but these things feed on themselves especially when the algorithms kick in. I can see the Dow blowing through five or even ten thousand points in a single day. Then we will be left with President Biden's speech from the Oval Office telling us that we have nothing to fear but fear itself and calling for a three day bank holiday while he straightens out the details of nationalizing the energy industries.

Pelosi, in one of her fever dreams, decided to Impeach a President, In one day, no witnesses, no evidence, no testimony. Write a single article of impeachment for inciting insurrection, during a speech on Jan 6th. The vote on impeachment came 7 days after the speech and the mostly peaceful rally.

Today the FBI reported the IED, pipe bomb was planted the day before the mostly peaceful rally. Supposedly which turned contentious by President Trumps speech.

and now the DoJ is indicting 3 people at the rally, that have been planning since November to be incited by President Trump.

Its almost like Pelosi and the Dems were going to Impeach President Trump no matter if anything happened period.

According to Prof Turley
The House blundered by leaving the record and witnesses entirely to the Senate to develop. The Senate could now chose to rule on the record — or lack thereof. Even a couple days of hearings could have created a record of documents and witness accounts

"According to the indictment, the three defendants initiated their communications and coordination in November 2020 and continued through on or about Jan. 19, 2021, when Caldwell was arrested. The exchanges vary in topics from a call to action to logistics, including lodging options, coordinating calls to discuss the plan, and joining forces with other Oath Keeper chapters. On Dec. 31, 2020, Caldwell posted, “THIS IS OUR CALL TO ACTION, FREINDS! SEE YOU ON THE 6TH IN WASHINGTON, D.C. ALONG WITH 2 MILLION OTHER LIKE-MINDED PATRIOTS.

Covid.

Mass hysteria created by the news media. Wildly inaccurate 'tests', that wildly amplified the number of 'cases'. Most deaths reported as Covid!

The CDC says, only 6% of 'Covid deaths' are actually caused by Covid. Not reported. Shhh.

CDC says, if you have the common cold (which is a coronavirus) you test positive.
If you have a remnant of the seasonal flu, you test positive. Shhhh.

After a year, we learn that the best deterrent to Covid is fresh air and sunshine. The State arrested Moms taking their children to the park for fresh air and sunshine.

Ponder this for a moment. Moms innately knew that the best thing they could do for their children, is to get them out into the fresh air and sunshine. They were right.

The powers of the State came down hard on them. Arrested them. Handcuffed them.

The puzzling thing is...why haven't we taken a flamethrower to the State?

sterlingblue ---- There is a reference to some of the popularizations of the technical details at "Symbolism Communication", as of January 25, 2021. As for me, I am waiting either for the misnamed impeachment proceedings or the civil suits before I spend detailed time looking into the issue again.

If you want the best statistician evidence of which I am aware, go to the comment threads when Nassim Taleb says there is no reliable statistical evidence of election fraud. The real statisticians in the comment threads often disagree with him, in what it is often not an unconvincing way.

Scott Adams covers this on an almost daily basis, pointing out what has and has not been proven, although he does not focus on Pennsylvania. The point Adams repeatedly makes is that, while 95 percent of the anecdotal evidence may be misrepresented, and while 95 percent of the specific claims of election fraud are likely not provable, there has not been any refutation of the reasonable point of view that fraud occurred until there is transparency. Absent transparency, the reasonable point of view is that election fraud occurred, particularly in places where it has regularly occurred in the past, i.e., Philadelphia, Detroit, Las Vegas, and particularly in places where the risk of detection was low (mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania) and the possibility of reward was distributed in a difficult to detect way.
