After reading the Trump’s tweet about Martin Gugino, I can see why his critics consider him “bat shit crazy”—Fact check have the police discovered his cell phone is an 007 Style weapon—no. Do they claim he is more than old protestor—no.
Additional claims Inga has made and still believes despite proven false:
- The IRS did not target Tea Party groups (they did)
- Obama CIA did not spy on US Senate members and staffers (even AFTER Brennan admitted they did...under oath before Congress!)
- Christopher Steele did not admit under oath that his hoax dossier is completely unverified (he did)
That last one is my favorite Inga-ism because Inga's excuse for not accepting Steeles under oath testimony is because, and I kid you not, Steeles under oath testimony was given in a deposition outside of a London courtroom in an office vs Steele testifying in a physical courtroom!!!

That sunrise looks a lot like your other recent ones. The weather seems to have developed a pattern. Here in NE MA we have too. Very little rain over the past few weeks. The lawn has gone from lush and green to dry with some amber patches. I've got the irrigation going (we are on a well, the town has nothing to say to me about watering), had to make a few adjustments as usual this time of year.
We move out of this house this Friday after 20 years and 6 months. As of Saturday I will officially cease being a resident of MA (62 years and 10 months, to the day). Feels strange to be leaving, exciting to live in a new place. Meet new people, learn about a new area, and, yet, still be close enough to see long time friends.

Can't stress this enough. If you're legal to buy, obtain a suitable firearm at once if you haven't already. Gugino is a lefty activist, and he has voice major support for Antifa on his Twitter feed, which was captured by others before Twitter itself hid it.
Watch the video- there isn't a really innocent explanation for what he was doing with the smart phone, and you can capture transimission signals with it- there are adaptor kits and apps for doing so- Antifa does this regularly according to their own supporters. Gugino waves the phone at the chest radio transmitters/receivers of both officers. I think it was a scanner because there isn't any other reason to do exactly what he did.
Was he faking the fall? I doubt it- it appeared to me that he tripped over his own feet when he was shoved- it is easy to go down hard in such a circumstance even with a mild push, which is what he received. You don't approach police officers in such tense circumstances and reach your hands anywhere near their holstered weapons. In my opinion, a shove was the officer doing the old codger a favor, it just turned out worse for Gugino than a simple arrest and night in the pokey. The officers, no doubt, were told not to arrest anyone that day.
My son called not long after I posted above. Apparently the attitude of the police and the Guard is similar to what I wrote. They could effect a resolution but Durkan doesn’t want one. So, screw it. Let them wreck it. The cops have said they don’t care if the rioters burn the East Precinct building. It’s old, crappy, and insured. If it burns the police get a nice new building. The rioters are at least 70% White. Lots of outsiders. None of the night demonstrations reported by the media as “mostly peaceful” are. The rioters show up to fight, throwing bottles, bricks, chunks of concrete, and aiming firework mortars directly at the police and Guard. All the buildings are boarded up and tagged. So I learned today that the school board in my county (where I teach) is considering ending their contract with the police department and removing all officers from our schools.
These people are criminally negligent--they would rather risk student lives at the hands of maniacs and shooters, than appear insufficiently woke. I have never heard of any malpractice or abuse from officers posted in our schools, so it's purely political pandering.
I know this happened in Madison years ago, though. It's the direction all public schools are going eventually. Schools with soon have no suspensions, no arrests, no police, no consequences. Soon they will determine security officers are also part of the racist structure, and then won't we have fun.

In a recent blog post, the economist Tyler Cowen got it exactly right when he wrote “the feature of media that actually draws viewer interest is how media stories either raise or lower particular individuals in status… The status ranking of individuals implied by a particular media source is never the same as yours, and often not even close.”
These implicit status rankings are baked into almost every aspect of how journalism, from how a lede is written to who to quote and in what order, photo selection, headlines, font size, you name it. Print media is particularly prone to this, since the geography of a newspaper is essentially one big status playground. (I’ll never forget the time I got an angry call from a reader for burying a story above the fold on the front page. The sin was that the story he thought deserved more play was lined down the rightmost column of the page, while another (lesser) story ran across the top three columns.)
The result is that it is basically impossible to read the news without being presented with a steady parade of decisions or judgments about the relative status of events, individuals, corporations, politicians, and so on. And because we all care a lot about status, and because a newspaper editor’s status judgments are never going to align with yours, you end up resenting the media. To read a newspaper essentially involves being insulted on a regular basis.

1936 (deepest year of the Great Depression)
1940 (fascism and communism allied and dominating Europe and Asia, an obvious parallel on a much larger scale to recent events in Minneapolis, Seattle, and a dozen other Democrat-dominated cities)
1944 (considerable winning in the Pacific and in France, but the election happens during the Battle of the Hurtgen Forest, a catastrophic loss)
1972 (war in Viet Nam, riots and domestic terrorism at home)
1864 (The president battles against racist separatists, just as today)
The Wuhan shutdown could have ruined Trump's reelection. However, thanks to BLM, Antifa, and others as deluded as Readering, Howard, and Inga, not to mention Obama, Comey, "Baldspot" Strzok, and upcoming indictments, Trump will win in an epic landslide this November.
