"Biden... told donors that he’s heard from 14 heads of state from around the world who’ve voiced concerns to him about Trump. That list included Margaret Thatcher..."

"... he said, before correcting what he called a 'Freudian slip,' that he was actually referring to current British Prime Minister Theresa May."

From "Biden Calls Trump a ‘Clown’ While Decrying President’s Nicknames/'There are so many nicknames that I’m inclined to give this guy. We could just start with clown."

By the way he didn't "call Trump a 'clown.'" He suggested the nickname, "Clown."
"When he says these ridiculous things he says, I mean this, I put my hand up and say, ‘everybody knows who you are’ because they do know."
I think he's trying to say I know you are but what am I?

Maybe Biden does talk with Margaret Thatcher. I remember when Hillary, in the 1990s, talked to Eleanor Roosevelt. According to a book by Bob Woodward, Hillary had sessions with Jean Houston, co-director of the Foundation for Mind Research, which "studies the psychic experience and altered and expanded consciousness."
Woodward says anthropologist Mary Catherine Bateson, daughter of famed anthropologist Margaret Mead, joined her in sessions of imaginary conversations.... Mrs. Clinton herself wrote about her imaginary conversations with Eleanor Roosevelt in her June 10 column.... "She usually responds by telling me to buck up, or at least to grow skin as thick as a rhinoceros," Mrs. Clinton wrote....

The ones that gave money to Hillary and didn’t get their thing, that’s their concern. And it was more than fourteen.

I'm so old that I remember when this was considered foreign interference in our elections. With whom is Biden colluding and what quid pro quo have been discussed and/or promises made?

Collusion?

The simplest explanation is that Biden is just lying.
So that's what I believe.

I talked to all the football coaches in the SEC, the Big 10 and the Pack 12, and they all believe that Nick Sabin should be fired and me hired to replace him.

I’m not saying Trump is Sabin, but I am saying that there is a very simple reason that the leaders of other countries don’t get a vote.

Or maybe Biden is too slow to figure that out.

I'll say it.

Trump is Sabin.

So, Hillary talked to Elanor Roosevelt, but not to actual live voters in Wisconsin.

This is going to be fun in an awful way. The only thing that makes it OK is that Biden has had this coming to him since about 1980.

His humiliation will be complete, overwhelming, and irreversible. Every time in the past that he has tried to crawl onto the national stage, he hasn't been allowed to go on.

The Biden legend is about to crash into reality.

So long, Joe.

P.S. I think he really does drink. That drunken affect he sports is too real.

Meh. You talk to one female leader of the Conservative Party, you’ve talked to them all.

There is plenty of evidence that our "conservative" allies in England and Australia were part of the effort to spy on Trump. These people are not our friends.

Logan Act, Logan Act, Logan Act. ALERT

We can't have candidates talking to foreign officials. That's interference with elections and interfering with U.S. foreign policy. It is fundamentally forbidden and Biden needs to be prosecuted (and the lives of everyone who has ever known him need to be destroyed too).

At least that's what the Obama officials, Hillary and other Dems have all said about Trump or any Republican who might speak to foreign officials.

Name 14 heads of state who have America's best interests at heart.

The fundamental message of today's Democrat Party is that old white men have had too much power for too long, and no one gets that message across more clearly than Joe Biden.

Don't be silly. Don't you know they don't ever enforce the Logan Act. Although, they do use it to open FISA probes . . .

Just out of curiosity what is Joe Biden's raison d'etre where he hears from 14 heads of state?

Dave Schuler said...

Senior moment.

I hope there is a FISA warrant on Biden. I hope we get transcripts of these calls with foreign leaders (is one of them Lasarov?)

Hah. Name 14 Democrats who have America's best interests at heart. What a great many heads of state have in common with Democrats is that they detest the citizens of their own countries. The Deplorables of the world are beginning to understand that.

A Freudian slip is a mistake that reveals one's subconscious feelings. Is he saying that he wishes Thatcher were the Prime Minister? (Assuming there wasn't that whole being dead business stopping her.)

Lucien said...

Mary Beth is too kind. Biden is too uneducated to know what a Freudian slip is, and no one on his staff has the huevos (Felix Cinco de Mayo) to tell him. But to be fair, Booker is too dumb to know that the whole point of saying “I am Spartacus” is that you aren’t Spartacus.

Bet he doesn't understand, we, who voted for Trump and will vote for him in 2020, detest these foreigners that Biden talked to. If Biden believes the foreign leeches' support can sway us against Trump, then Biden is even stupider than we can imagine.

Amadeus 48 said...

"He drank NA beer at the famous beer summit."

Yeah. Biden's story about why he is teetotal is very affecting. His father ruined his life because he couldn't control his drinking. Trump says the same sort of thing, except it was his older brother. So I guess my P.S. above was mean-spirited.

Biden thinks, along with a lot of Democrats, that being likable and friendly with foreign heads of state is a good thing and highly desirable. He's wrong, of course, and his saying that a bunch of these state leaders called him to complain about Trump is bull shit, aka: a lie.

Didn’t Hillary say the same thing in 2016, that all the unidentified foreign leaders were appalled Trump might win?

That works wonders on the blue staters, desperate for Americans to be liked when they travel.

It’s red meat to the America First crowd.

Exactly. Why would anyone take advice or any words from foreign 'leaders' on how to do things? Especially Theresa "I don't know how to run a country" May.

That's one of the biggest issues with Obama, trying to placate the other countries, which achieves nothing at best.

(Indeed, the placating nature, I believe, is why the Russia/Ukraine debacle happened).

stlcdr said...

Regardless, Biden wants to run the country and cannot the the name of the current leader of the UK right? I can understand the previous leader - but then, who can name that guy? Then says it's a 'Freudian' slip?! Good grief.
