If the UK successfully leaves, even with no agreements in place, they will find it isn’t as bad as they think it is, and other, successful, countries will likewise see that there is little benefit to the EU. After all there are many countries outside the EU that do just fine.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT.

Up goes the span. Waits. No ship. Span lowers until it almost touches.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT.

Up it goes once more. Waits. No more ship than before. Span comes back down (it's about 4 AM, no traffic)

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT.
