SDaly @1:50-- I agree, except for the one of Frank Rizzo, who actually deserves one. Assuming BLM hasn't arranged to have it painted over yet, I've not been down there for a while.
It is big and it was a lot of work but I am not enthralled except for the enormous work to make such an incredibly ugly sized piece of what I suppose has to be termed 'art'.
Mm! I got it. It is the artistic equivalent to the 'World's Largest Ball of Twine'. You got to appreciate the size, if nothing else...and there is nothing else to appreciate here.

Compare Vilnius and Ljubljana (my favorite east Europe city) with the "art" on Tirana buildings!

Explaining my Slovenian pun, the Slovenian word for love is "ljubezen."
