You can buy the latest Dresden book, Brief Cases, through the Althouse portal. It was just released yesterday. And it has a mouse POV story!
Mouse is the name Harry Dresden gave his Dog, a Tibetan temple foo guardian dog, that is big and fluffy. May he’s bit too fluffy, since he’s a good dog, and everyone gives good dogs treats.
Seems like Brief Cases is just a short story collection. I was hoping for a new all new Dresden novel from Butcher, it's been like 4 years since the last one.
My two rat/fox terriers were the best. They were smart, fun and beautiful animals. They were only teenagers when they died at 17. Their 24th birthday is coming up. No more pets for me; they require too much work; and they break your heart.
Some of the newest ones defy belief- I have seen them- you can't tell by just looking at them. When in motion, I can usually tell the difference. The first part of the clip seemed like the motions of a real dog, but then at the end the repetitive motion seemed like it was caught in a loop.
Now that's cute. Dogs truly are a gift from God, a sign that He loves us. With my dogs I always try to be a gift to them as well (though they get quite frustrated by my refusal to give them free reign over the refrigerator).
What's that saying: Try to be the person your dog thinks you are.

I wonder if his name is Mouse?

Looks like a puppy Husky or Alaskan Malamute. We had a Malamute...they're wonderful dogs, smart, friendly and playful.
It's a Japanese robot-puppy.
Spent an hour last night watching the Cat Channel on PlutoTV.
They also have FailArmy. Sometimes, the same clip shows up on both.
Is it a robot puppy? There is something quite mechanical about the actions at the end of the clip.
It's not a robot puppy. Lord...

It's cute without sound. With sound, it's sad. Poor puppy.
I Callahan,

That puppy's enthusiasm was literally curbed... by a curb!
Visual depth perception is a famously difficult problem.
I think it's sad.
Look! It’s Stephen Colbert running towards Bill Clinton!
I'm havin' one of those days Ma, one of those days.

This is exactly representative of children these days - overweight, out of shape and unable to accomplish the slightest physical task.

Closely inbred animals can exhibit strange behaviors. This one seems to have a form of petit mal epilepsy.
