"I got to the house, and I knocked on the lady's door. Then she started yelling at me and she was like, 'Why are you trying to break into my house?'"

"I was trying to explain to her that I was trying to get directions to Rochester High [School]. And she kept yelling at me. Then the guy came downstairs, and he grabbed the gun, I saw it and started to run. And that's when I heard the gunshot."

Said the black 14-year-old boy quoted in "Black teen misses bus, gets shot at after asking for directions in Rochester Hills."

What, the sheriff AND the DA back up the kid's story after watching a video tape?
No need for a trial, both the guy who arrested the homeowner & the guy who will prosecute him agree. Holy cow. That is amazing.

So, a warning shot is "=" (congruent) to an attempted abortion. Maybe.

Democrats are in the mood to carry out a public lynching.

Another #MeToo opportunity.

"This guy was either a horrible shot or he fired a warning blast."

Reports say he "initially" claimed the gun discharged after he dropped it. If he changed his tune, things will not go well for him.

That would be damning. The court does not entertain Pro-Choice defenses. Either he's consistent or selective as the circumstances change, and if the latter, then he will make a poor witness and his testimony will be suspect.

Now we see why Ted Nugent left and Chuck stayed.

Wait is this Sherrif as reliable as the Sherrf of Coward County?

Bail terms include "... that he can't be 10 miles from Brennan Walker's home, the 14 year old he allegedly shot at".

Why would Zeilgler go there? Who went to whose home in the first place?

To those of you saying there's no social-engineering busing involved, why would Walker have to be bused ten miles, or possibly more, from his home to school? Is he a farm boy who lives out in the boondocks, far from the nearest high school?

Also, if the kid missed his school bus because he woke up late, how did he get to Zeigler's house before 8:20 a.m. when the 911 call was made?

If one bail condition is that Zeigler stay at least ten miles from Walker's house, I assume he must live more than ten miles away. Wouldn't most kids who miss the bus after waking up late either find a different ride or just figure on missing that day of school, if they live that far away? It would take well over an hour's walk just to get to Zeigler's house, and that still wouldn't quite have gotten him to school, but he was there before 8:20 a.m. Why would he even have started out on that long walk if he didn't know how to get to the school?

This piece in the Daily Beast says Walker lives four miles from his school.

It also says that the alleged shooter, Jeffrey Ziegler,in 2006 "was sentenced to one-year probation after being convicted of two counts of aiming without malice and felony firearms violations".

Thanks, Lydia. Things look bad for Zeigler!

If there a doorbell, why did he ‘knock on the door’? Or is that a euphemism?
