Perhaps its time to check in with Joy Reid and her latest.

Since its an MSNBC talking head being exposed, on top of Tom Brokaw (#BelieveAllWomen!) and his, ahem, issues, it goes without saying LLR Chuck hardest hit.

Clapper's lies and leaks and insider dealing prove many things but perhaps most interestingly they prove CNN ginned up bullshit to report. Fake news indeed.

Brokaw broken hearted at being Brokawed. I have no idea if he's guilty, I hate these decades later charges, but damn it’s nice to see him learn what the media is really like.

I've been to Austin, TX several times lately, myself, and I think Austin has the best signs of any city I've visited. It seems to be a thriving small business city.... We just bought a house in McKinney, TX and I'm working TX, OK, AR, and LA these days. Next week I'm in Abilene, Waco, and then Poteau, OK. Last week Monroe, LA and College Station, TX.

Mark Simone tweet:

"Morning Joe holds the record for most cast members pulled off the air for sexual harassment charges - Tom Brokaw, Harold Ford, Mark Halperin, David Corn and more. Close that show down for the safety of women everywhere."

Maybe Tim Kazurinsky will return to SNL to play Tom Brokaw in a sketch.

I think I read somewhere that one of the reasons people are jumping Tom Brokaw's shit is that he tickled a chick he worked with back in the day. And I find that kinda funny, because he seems like he's one of those pussy dudes who thinks he's, like, a feminist, but then he goes and tickles a chick like a child molester does with a nephew before taking him into the back bedroom to look at secret magazines with their pants off, while everyone else is out in the yard having a barbecue for grandma because she's still alive on her birthday and shit.

Anyway, I think Tom Brokaw's that kind of guy -- like, not a child molester, but that he treats chicks like a child molester treats children before he fucks them after they look at the secret magazines with their pants off. And I think I think this because people who tickle other people who didn't ask to be tickled are fucking shady.

Because tickling is, like, trying to get a response that's kinda sexual while being able to deny that you're doing anything sexual and shit. When you're tickling someone you're touching them, and you're trying to get an involuntary reaction out of them by touching them, and involuntary is usually bad when it comes to touching chicks.

Like, if I try to get a woman to have an orgasm by touching her and she didn't want to be touched, but then she had an orgasm anyway, I'm still not justified in having touched her, even though I gave her an orgasm and shit. Because she didn't ask for an orgasm, even though orgasms are nice, and I hear that chicks like having some of their own sometimes.

So Tom Brokaw is trying to give this chick at work a work-safe orgasm, and she isn't having that shit. I mean, she didn't say anything for, like, twenty-plus years, but ticking a chick to orgasm wasn't seen like a crime back then.

But I do want to make clear that I am not saying Tom Brokaw is a child molester, because this chick wasn't a child back then, she was an adult chick, which means she's kinda old now. And maybe now she understands better the difference between a good orgasm that you wanted and a bad orgasm that you didn't want. Because I think it takes longer for a chick to figure that shit out, their orgasms are a lot harder to come by.

I post my shit here.

Traffic's not that much better, plus homeless problem is similar, housing prices are catching up and politics are about the same.

This looks like one of those places with no vegan or gluten-free options, that doesn't discuss the level of heirloom-ness of its produce, and only reluctantly has a sign mentioning that if you have food allergies it's on you to say something.

If that's Madison, probably not. If that's Austin, there might be a slight chance of that. Both are behind the Ironic Curtain. Commies in America's Heartland.

I watched Boogie Nights the other night. I may have overstated my case in saying it "glorifies" porn, but I don't think it's the morality tale you all think it is. The characters suffer for their porn work but at the end most of them are in a happily-ever-after state with their porn family, still producing their "art" though without the lucrative income. The only ones who ended up badly were the William Macy character and his wife and the child-molesting producer. And I can see why Mark Wahlberg regrets doing that movie. Most of his acting consisted of simulating sex and masturbation. Also, it portrayed the women in porn as eyes wide open free choice sorts, when I think in reality they are often manipulated and taken advantage of, just as prostitutes often are. Perhaps that happens to men in porn, too.

Harvey W texted to say same as him--except for the simulating part.

I was in Austin earlier this year and couldn't hardly turn around without running into a homeless person or someone trying to get money from me for a cause that they probably earnestly thought in their ignorance to be true. I was glad to leave

Them:

No. Hum a few bars and remind me.

I'm sure they only said that because I was carrying a cuppa at the time. Now I'm off coffee. I cycle on and off with that particular beverage. Unlike milk, which I drink all the time.

The most easily proven of the accusations against Admiral Jackson has now been shown to be a lie.

White House officials also told the Post that Sen. Jon Tester (Mont.), the top Democrat on the Veterans Affairs Committee who authorized the release of the summary, never questioned Jackson about the allegations before making them public.

A review of Jackson's record uncovered only three minor traffic incidents, according to the Post. None of the incidents involved alcohol nor was Jackson found to be at fault in any of them, The Associated Press reported.

The Secret Service on Thursday separately denied that it intervened to prevent Jackson from drunkenly disturbing former President Barack Obama during an overseas trip in 2015.

Also, Mo Brooks, who should be the Alabama Senator , said fear of assassination has influenced many retiring GOP Congressmen.

There have been repeated attacks and threats by Bernie Bro leftists. One man who threatened Martha McSally was sentenced this week.

You pass through Austin to get to San Antonio and see the canals and the Alamo.

Big Mike said...

@Professional lady, are you aware that the space inside walled courtyard was actually outside the Alamo when Santa Ana was attacking it? The actual fortified area stretched down towards the river and reached almost all the way to it -- way too large to be held by so few against so many. The "canal" is actually the San Antonio River where it flows through the city -- floored and edged in concrete to make the modern River Walk.
