Allowing the existence of a "hostile environment" for women, gays, racial or ethnic minorities of one flavor or another has caused many a private employer to be found liable for discrimination and hit with a hefty jury verdict.

And the renewal premium will go up, particularly if the guys who did this stuff--which is to say the admin and their immediate stooges, I mean subordinates, remain in their current jobs. That would mean they're ready to do it again. It would be like a commercial insurer, after having paid for a fire at a factory, inspects the place for the renewal and discovers open containers of flammable liquid around.
