Fantastic color. Save some seed. I am, however, concerned that there are no honey or bumble bees pollinating them.

You say bread seed. I say resin.

And yes, I know there is a difference in opiod production from ornamental poppies to those grown in Afghanistan.

Still, they detract attention from the coca bushes, don't they?

Immigration and migration are not synonymous.

Some ham contest starts in 20 seconds. Stations are pawing the ground. VVV is very popular.

There are some forgotten flowers from last season are sprouting in unexpected pots and I feel so special. I would use the word God's gift to describe them (that too from an atheist -- what is God anyway?).

I have been after this color of poppy for some time - they keep getting snatched up at my local nurseries before I can get to them. Stunning!

After an hour my solar-powered 5 watt transceiver got NY(3), VA(2), OH(2), NJ(2), WI, PA, NC, MN, MD, IN, IL, CT and AL.

Tired of it now. Solar powered was a contest requirement. Actually not fossil powered was required, but who has a hydro dam.

I wonder if it's Lauren's Grape? Horticulturist Lauren Springer spent years pulling every plant from the garden that wasn't a deep purple until the patch grew with a uniform color.
