Well, that's interesting. If you read the order, he bases his criticisms on admissions made by DoJ lawyers, that previous statements made by DoJ lawyers were knowingly false. So they strongly disagree with the sentence the Judge passed on the crimes to which they confessed.

The Judge also went out of his way to note that none of the misbehavior occurred while Lynch was in office. I guess this is her way of rejecting the allegation that she might be more ethical than her predecessor.; 5/21/16, 5:26 PM
