I wonder if Rubio will get out before Tuesday. I mean, it's going to be really super embarrassing for him to lose his home state.

I'm with R & B, I want Sanders to win the nomination. He is the one candidate the Republican nominee can absolutely beat no matter how hard they try to lose. On a related topic who thinks the FBI will cast it's vote for the Democratic primaries before the convention?

"The point was about the existence of dog whistles and the disingenuousness of denying them and if people don't want to take that up, fine - I made my point."

Dog whistles - if you're the only one who hears them, you're the dog.

Nope!

The assumption that Hillary has the best chance is based on the idea that all the country wants is the best Republican. Which probably isn't true.

Hey Little Baby Satan! Your diabolical plot will be foiled by Sneaky Ted and Marco the Brave.

Hillary = Eva Braun

Trump = Mussolini

Cruz = Nixon

Kasich = who gives a shit really, he's a non-entity

Rubio = Churchill

Might be some slight exaggeration here due to bias. Just flagging that as a possibility. It's almost like these power struggles get people worked up or something.

Bernie! I forgot about Bernie!

Bernie = Trotsky

if you make them too paranoid, they're not going to leave the house to vote for you!

I don't know if you just made that up, or you stole it from somewhere, but I am stealing that, fair warning.

Trump™ Tinfoil Hats!

I think Elena Ceaușescu is a better analogue for Hillary. And there was a happy ending as she was dragged out and shot as she tried to escape her execution by a squad of her own former subjects, who were the lucky few of every soldier in the unit who eagerly volunteered for the detail.

I kid, I kid. No way is Hillary similar to a woman who drew her power from her husband's position and used it to "improve" the lives of her citizens in ways that were good for them, such as feeding them less (scientific feeding) in ways that, through their false consciousnesses, they bitterly resented.

So too many of Hillary's voters crossed over to vote for Trump to get him as the nominee and Bernie won Michigan! They are playing it a little close, I think.

Breaking news Wisconsin style: Abraham Lincoln owned slaves. The 155 year cover up is over now. And all that Honest Abe crap has finally been exposed as politics.

The Confederacy demands a recount.

I can see how, were I a Hillary supporter, it would be more fun to vote for Trump to screw the Republicans than to hold my nose and vote for the Red Queen. Alinsky said you have to make the tactics your supporters use fun.

The Trump-branded lies of last night:

Trump noted Romney talked about "Trump Vodka" going out of business. Trump Vodka DID go out of business. So Trump brought up Trump wine, because apparently that is what Trump wanted to do. "Trump wine" is simply the Albemarle wine operation that Trump purchased in this curious deal:
http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052702304314404576413984028888352

Trump University -- no matter what Trump says -- is out of business and being sued for fraud by the New York Attorney General. And that "A" rating that the operation (under a new name that the AG forced on it so that it was no longer illegally holding itself out as a "university") later got (after its D- rating) was because Trump "University" no longer had any students. No students = no complaints. No complaints = A rating.

Trump Steaks: journalist Greg Pollowitz Tweeted a picture of a Bush Brothers steak wrapper among the steaks being displayed to reporters last night. Trump Steaks are no longer available on The Sharper Image Catalog; they appear there as a "flashback image" to 2007, when it was a going concern. It no longer is.

Trump Airline: Trump bought the Eastern Airlines shuttle for $365 million. The airline defaulted on its loans, and then it was sold to USAir. Trump did talk about selling it at the end. But it was after defaulting on its loan, and after the 20+ banks on whose loans Trump was defaulting, led by Citibank, had retaken control of the airline.

Trump Magazine. There have been two "Trump Magazines," and last night Trump displayed neither one of them, because they are both out of business. Trump dislayed some sort of Palm Beach "magazine" that is distributed in rooms at his resorts. It isn't "Trump Magazine" or anything like the "Trump Magazine" that Mitt Romney quite rightly observed was out of business.

Tim,
This election and the future of the US are not a game. It's deadly serious. Fun? Really? Revenge games? Wow.

Little Marco racked up two 3rd place finishes and two 4th place finishes yesterday? That's super-schlonged territory! What's his point in remaining in the race other than humiliation and degradation? "Make me your VP and I'll help you win Minnesota!" lulz

Really? Read a little bit on game theory. It's not that difficult a concept. And every single Democrat voter takes it deadly seriously? Are you sure about that? If you are certain of that, "Wow." My own sister always registers as a Republican just to screw with the primaries. She is a big Bernie fan. Maybe she is some kind of outlier, but the way Harry Reid held onto his seat was to interfere with the Republican selection process until he got the opponent he wanted. It happens all the time.

Read *a little* on game theory? That is a surprisingly deep and complex area. My son works in the video gaming industry. College degree in that field involved a semester of study on "game theory". Genius types dwell in that area. It's fascinating really. And not necessarily for the faint of heart.

Tim: I imagine the feeling on the part of Harry Reid, in knowing that the Tea Party wing had put up Sharron Angle to run against him, will be much the same feeling that Hillary Clinton would have if she is faced with Donald Trump as the Republican nominee.

Eric Cantor wasn't much worried about Dave Brat either was he, Chuck?

Sure, but the fundamental concepts are pretty simple. So are the moves in Chess, I suppose, and the grammar rules of the English Language.

Fun and games...until it's not.

Hey, I'm just shifting through the wreckage trying to figure out which turd stinks the least.

"Sifting," not "shifting"
