... in New Zealand.
I found that through the comments on a WaPo slideshow, "What toilets look like around the world," which begins with a photo that microaggresses in the opposite direction.
(World Toilet Day was November 19th, and it is, at bottom, a serious issue.)

Scatological humor on Althouse? I am impressed.
A serious issue in a world where priorities are set by unserious people.
I'm guessing the one with the girl using binoculars is the least used. Generally speaking, the Kiwis have a great sense of humor.
At bottom? You mean fundamentally.
Not exactly an exhaustive list of the worlds toilets. Where's the WaPo and NYT's editorial pages?
Is that first picture microagressing anyone since women should never be in there to see it?
Why is everyone assuming those are women?
I love it. Not going to scroll through the comments looking for the link, but I wonder what the venue would be other than sports that would need that many urinals. It seems to land right between bar/club and sports arena.

Important book to read on this subject: "Flushed with Pride: the story of Thomas Crapper. He developed the flush toilet and his only remembrance is in American slang
You want microaggression at the urinal?
There I was, first day of work as an engineer at a semiconductor company, standing at the urinal, when in walk Bob & Tom, two maintenance techs. They take positions immediately next to me on both sides.
Bob unzips, and quips, "Man, this water is COLD today!"
Tom unzips, and replies, "Deep, too."
Do you know how hard it is to pee cleanly when laughing fit to die?
God, I miss those guys.
