Has anyone else who reads the Wisconsin State Journal noticed the Anti-Walker hit piece reserved spit on the front page, right side, above the fold. Every day there is something Anti-Walker in that spot.
The little teen girl (she is only 5ft tall) from the tenements of Avignon, is 69 years old today. She and her father spent all their time singing together.
He was a stonemason, she was flunking everything, as her dyslexia, and teachers beating her took their toll. Only the singing survived.
For several months I have commented at Breitbart on Scott Walker stories pointing out his virtues as a winner to a tough audience that thinks he is a stealth liberal.
The posts get two hundred to four hundred comments.
But the last two weeks the posts are all on the Donald Trump saga, and they are getting two thousand to five thousand comments. Very interesting that they no longer argue Trump is a liberal as they did two weeks ago. Trump's style has won them over.

Well, Walker's campaign does give them plenty of ammo. Such as today's article how the Campaign Chief says Walker is a Uniter. Because Wisconsin is so united?
The State Journal is putting plenty of resources into covering Walker's run -- 6 or so reporters, if my memory serves me.
That shot would make a lovely art quilt. I see a golden dragonfly embroidered in metallic thread as the hinge between shadow and dahlia. The dahlia itself would be three dimensional with a tufted center, narrow wired ribbon worked as the lifted petals. I'd leave the holes if I could come up with something cuter than an earwig to nibble them.
A friend poured me a drink of Wisconsin cherry vodka, or that's what she said it was, it was in a plastic bottle, not the original. It wasn't cherry flavored, but it was pink. It was maybe the best vodka I have ever drunk.
Just sayin' I wish I could get it around here. And if you can get it where you live, you should try it.
On January 1st 2011 the first batch of post-war baby boomers reached age 65 (1946). Since that date, approximately 10,000 a day reach that age. So in 2015 about 15 million have reached age 65.
They can't really retire though, when TV dinners are now $3.00 instead of 49 cents.
The end of the curve comes in 2030 (1965), where the USA will have 18% of the population eligible for social security.
The math question for today, is what part of the population will be paying taxes?
Currently the income tax revenue is $1 Trillion so far, but Federal spending is $4 Trillion (so far, two more months left in the fiscal year).
Has anyone kept up with the Tim Hunt story? (He's the scientist who was let go over sexist remarks he was alleged to have made at a conference.) I haven't seen a post on it here since June.

Yes, but I'm not sure it matters. Once the scalp is taken, it's gone. Besides, humor is dead.

The same Wisconsin State Journal that endorsed him three times for Governor?
Wow. If Scott has burnt bridges with the most conservative newspaper in the state, then he really is in a lot of trouble here at home.

Nicki Minaj on twitter: "...White media and their tactics. So sad. That's what they want."
Is that a racist statement, or an artistic one?
MTV racist attack
What would Michael Jackson say?
How many wasps does it take to change a light bulb?
Two - one to call the help and one to mix the drinks.

My Life
...where did all the years go. Happy Birthday to little Mimi.
Coupe, I think Minaj's outburst is the descendant of Kanye West's grabbing the mic from Swift years ago and saying Beyonce deserved the award.
Sadly, the twerp was correct.
@Coupe: Thanks for the link. This one will get your heart started!

Trump is a bull in a chinashop full of kitschy figurines we don't like.

That's easy. 1%. Don't you follow these things?
What will the Republican Party do if Trump does get the nomination? Implode?
Could get ugly.

'The Shadow And The Wasp' will be the title of my second airport spy thriller. Thanks, Althouse.
Keep an eye out for 'The Bergoglio Imbroglio: Red Fire Green'
