"Portland hipsters." What a put-down.
I've had the same carpets since new in 1975, revised only by four generations of Dobermans discovering shag carpet tearing up as a forbidden pleasure.
There's been ad hoc shag carpet repair four times.
Hint for shag carpet repair: locate an obscure corner with furniture on it, move furniture over problem area.
Things we know about "In the Now":
1. It doesn't know the difference between "its" and "it's".
We've also made the carpet the grand marshal of the Starlight Parade. With googly eyes!

What, Laslo posted nothing here about carpet munching?
