This reminds me of The Cleverlys, a blue grass band that does inspired versions of non-bluegrass songs.

Cultural appropriation on two levels.

Every time I hear a woman trying to sing Bluegrass in some kind of pop singer voice, my cultural appropriation hackles go up too.
