Hillary Clinton is laughing it up over latte foam designs — of pigs and possible marijuana — in coffee-and-marijuana-friendly Colorado.

And, frankly, she's quite adorable here, more than likable enough.

"I'm so excited about the pig!"

"more than likable enough."

Careful. The One can get away with that. I doubt you can.

Yes, it's funny when elderly grandmothers play at being hip.

"Never mention rope in the house of a man who has been hanged."

Hillary is taking a chance mentioning pigs.

And adorable is the most important quality that we should look for in a president.

The nineteenth amendment was a mistake, experience has made that clear ;)

I think hyphens are funny sometimes. One could infer that there was some doubt that people in Colorado like coffee, or aren't friendly towards it I guess.

Nearly all people with reputations as screaming jerks with temper issues - Hillary!, Bob Knight and Hitler come to mind - can be utterly charming when they want to be.

I noticed the guy at the end who asked her if she wanted a lid.

Do they still call an ounce of weed "a lid"?

She comes off as human, which is an improvement.

To add, if I had to choose between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, I would chose Hillary! because her husband has her ear, and he, even with his faults, seems to still love this country.

As genuine as a folksy Dan Rather saying and at least as funny as your average John Kerry joke. Really Democrats? This is your best answer to the empty suit problem we have now?

She looks great here. But why did the barista give her a pig?

I think Hilary took advice from Mary Burke. She emanated "strength and warmth".

From this little posting we know Althouse has more problems with a man that had 3 wives but is "A OK" with a woman who sticks with a philandering dog but has only been married once.

The other thing you can bet the stash on about the Clintons in that summer of 1971 in Berkeley is that they were stoned, loaded, blasted, wasted, high as a kite, and just plain baked. At the very least.

Bill and Hillary's Hippie Daze, American Digest, Gerard Vanderleun.

You can try to disguise the megalomania, the extreme dishonesty, the self-serving lies, the slandering of everyone not supporting her, but Hillary! is still the worst type of person possible to hold any responsible position I can imagine.

If you like totalitarian, screeching, leftist dictators, you'll love Hillary!.

And unlike with our current president, Althouse cannot possibly make the argument 2, 4, 6 years into Hillary!'s regime that Althouse did not know the personality of the person for whom she was voting.

Vote for Hillary, be reviled for your abrogation of responsibility.

AReasonableMan said...

It's going to be a long two years for you guys watching Althouse slowly rationalize her vote for Hillary. Meade may vote for her as well, just to keep the peace.

Already looking past this election then ARM?

I am sure the "centrists" will do fine running away from everything they ever did while in office.

They're not likable enough,...

RecChief said...

In fact, she's so likeable that Leon Panetta wrote a book about how bad her boss was.

And then came out and said that no one is to blame for Benghazi.

Didn't you have a post earlier in teh day about propaganda?

I fear you are correct.

There are people you should not vote FOR no matter who is running against them.

Gotta agree with Chuck.

Hillary has spent her life being a follower of a powerful man she thinks she can control, not a leader that has a vision.

What bothers me is an easy assumption that she will follow Sweet Old Bill's lead and not fall under the spell of another new age guru.

Heck, I'm expecting it. And have for quite some time. Who exactly do you think a Leftist/Feminist to vote for anyway? By the way, What was Hillary!'s position on same sex marriage in 2008 anyway? ah never mind, doesn't matter, she's gotten with the program now.

Hillary must not get out much. Pretty standard coffee shop flourish.

She'll just charm the dickens out of those ISIS kids. And what a brilliant Secretary of State she was. A savant, practically.

Politicians getting out in public is a good thing.

That was my reaction. If GHWB had done this, he'd've been lampooned for not being au courant.

Are you ready for Hillary? It doesn't take much to give in to the socialism and the hype. Give yourself to the Clintons.

Remember that Christmas themed ad she made - handing out Universal this and universal that to the great unwashed? Yeah. It will be that good.

Getting ready to vote for her?

"What difference does it make now!" in a screeching voice...

just adorable.

The professor isn't as big a fan of free speech as she portrays, or has she forgotten the film maker imprisoned for making that dastardly film that caused the Benghazi dust up.

Dust up is another phrase for multiple killings by terrorist, by the way.

Yes Crack, you and the Prof should both vote your feelings, not your rationality.

Re-united 'cause it feels so gooood...
re-united 'cause it's understood...

Whatev's.

This is ever so reminiscent of HBO's Veep. I bet that comedy more closely resembles how these politicians operate than just about any other.

"...she's quite adorable here..."

Yeah, right. Maybe if I knew nothing else about her, and if I had been in a coma the last 19 years. But, I wasn't, so I see a phony, and just yet more phoniness.

Look, Althouse is rotten and will vote for the rotten (or the winner, cause she worships power) and her only game is feeding you shit and trying to sell you that it's beef stew.

Why play her game? It's unpossible that she is this gullible. She is trolling the audience again. No human old enough to vote can or should buy any talk of charm wrt this beastly excuse for a woman.

Now she will justify her D vote because "people were mean to Hillary!" Oh, how I wish you lived in a state of nature.

PS Ann's buying HRC's fakery strongly implies they are birds of a feather.

Nothing ever adorable about that harridan.

I remember seeing a documentary in the UK that included the actress who played one of the couple who were complaining about HillaryCare!

She claimed that she was threatened by Hillary!, Hillary! said that she had friends in Hollywood who could make or break her career, and the actress should make an add renouncing the earlier add.

The actress said "I couldn't believe it, I am a Democrat and I thought this was the kind of thing Republicans did."

This was a long time ago, maybe a decade.

Anyway, the idea that the media are liberal is a joke!

tim in vermont said...

Not sure why the double 'd's in "ad."

That is not a set up... ba dump bump!

HoodlumDoodlum said...

But, it was Udall’s latte, topped with one simple leaf, that really sent Clinton cracking.

Sent her cracking? ABC, you're an American network. Or is this a subliminal prompt for me to read "cackling?"

She should release her medical records and all financials since the inception of CGI. And, as I've said before, all Presidential nominees should take the MCMI-III test, and release the results. Just so we don't get stuck with another disordered personality.

Hagar said...

Well, her laugh has improved since her previous run.
Better coaching?

Titus said...

The real question is can you hate on her more as the next president than you did with the kenyan?

I bet you can!!!!

The Godfather said...

I'm an old-fashioned guy -- truth be told, I'm an OLD GUY -- and I would prefer not to have a President who gets blow jobs from his interns, and I would prefer not to have a President-wanna-be who thinks illegal drugs are funny.

Of course, I'd drop those objections in a minute if the candidate demonstrated real vision and competence.

Sorry to change the subject. I know we were talking about Hillary!

Dummy. Lewinksy, Jones, Wiley and Broderick were all Dems too. Didn't save them from Bill's sexual predations or Hillary's sliming of them.

I'm sure he would have loved the opportunity to laugh it up in a coffee shop. We know he would have reasoy loved some security she denied him.
But he was just a stupid expendable white male doing her bidding. Ooo, can't wait to see more of that Obama-like leadership.
