At least the paper DOES say he is a Democrat. The idiot in California that was for gun control but got busted for gun ruuning is a Democrat The LA Times in their story never even mentions his political party. The Washingtomn Post took until paragraph 9 to mention that fact.
Do you know that the Wisconsin Cheerleaders do the same exact routine to On Wisconsin that they did in 1980?
I know because when I was like 9 I had that routine down pat and could work it better than any of them. My hand/arm positions were fierce and I could of def made the line at the age of 9.
So congrats to Wisconsin and to the cheerleaders for keeping traditions.
by the by, no one cares about the south....sorry, so not a center of the universe.
It's a liberal paper but they make an effort to be fair. They actually endorsed the Republican for mayor.
They once published a pro-life editorial I wrote when I was an assistant D.A. The editor kind of screwed up my copy a bit, but at least they published it.
1790 – 2001 (every president before Bush 43) 212 years 5.728 trillion in debt
2001 – 2007 (Bush 43 with a Republican Congress) 6 years 8.675 trillion in debt. (added 2.947 trillion is six years, or about 1/2 trillion a year)
2008 – 2009 (Bush 43 with a Democratic Congress) 2 years 10.627 Trillion in debt (added 1.952 trillion in 2 years, or about a trillion a year)
2010 – 2011 (President Obama and a Democratic Congress) 2 years 14.056 trillion in debt (added 3.5 trillion in 2 years or 1.75 trillion a year)
2011- today (President Obama and a divided Congress) 3+ years 17.544 trillion in debt (added 3.5 trillion in 3+ years or more than a trillion a year)
* In the last 13 years we have more than tripled our national debt. We will probably quadruple it by the end of Obama's presidency.
We are currently paying more than $360 Billion in interest every year on the debt, and that is with historically low interest rates. When/if interest rates return to the historical norm, this number will at least double
Mountain Sun and Southern Sun are hippie commie capitalist restaurants. shhh the commies who work there and run the joint do not have any idea they are participating in capitalism. btw- They make the BEST hamburgers.
So yesterday, I proposed a serial-number/tax-form/registry for ivory.
About two minutes into drafting that little proposal, I realized that I'm describing a new version of a system that already exists.
At least, a system that exists inside the U.S. for U.S.-manufactured items. But not items containing animal products.
Anyone care to guess what U.S.-manufactured item has (a) careful serial-numbering at time of manufacture, (b) Federal and State regulations, licenses, and inspections for manufacturers/shippers/retailers, (c) carefully-written regulation about documentation/destruction of said items, (d) stiff fines and jail terms for people who break the laws or regulations, and (e) significant legal/paperwork challenges for transporting across international borders?
"Too many turnovers, too many missed free throws."
True about the FTs - abysmal and could come back to bite them. One turnover more than their season average (8) and they ranked third in the country for fewest TOs. I'll take that.
Not perfect, but not at all sloppy. Per a Grantland article, this morning, what you saw was a masters class in basketball geometry.
I don't much like basketball, but I am watching these UW games. I don't really know basketball, but I have some opinions, and one is about free throws.
All players need to learn how to do free throws. They are always the same, so figure out how to do it and do it. Always. Never miss.
What does Titus have against all those southern queers? You can't check in to a bed&breakfast in Asheville, Atlanta, Savanna, or New Orleans without a rainbow flag flapping in your face. He thinks it's cool that his husband is from India. Our governor is from India. That's what's cool. Also, our most conservative Senator is probably queer too. Everybody here knows it. Titus is not loyal to his own kind.
I don't really know basketball, but I have some opinions, and one is about free throws.
A perfect Lefty intro....they begin by telling you they are completely ignorant about the subject they are about to talk about.
All players need to learn how to do free throws. They are always the same, so figure out how to do it and do it. Always. Never miss.
And we have the perfect Lefty solution:
A) A solution to a problem that doesn't exist B) Unrealistic expectations for someone else's behavior C) An expectation that something is possible with a little more effort (read money usually) D) A demand that ignores human nature and reality. E) A lack of reasonable goals and expectations

Thanks for continuing to let us take a small part in your trips, Ann, by posting the nice pics.
My mayor was arrested yesterday, by the FBI.
That's got to suck, to go from mayor to felon. (Not a felon yet, but they got him on tape taking bribes).
The Charlotte paper keeps using the word "Democrat" to describe him. Ouch!
At least the paper DOES say he is a Democrat. The idiot in California that was for gun control but got busted for gun ruuning is a Democrat The LA Times in their story never even mentions his political party. The Washingtomn Post took until paragraph 9 to mention that fact.
Bias anyone?

I went downstairs to watch the Badger game only to discover that they had already won!

democrats and south equal blacks. They don't matter and dont really have a voice in national elections so the rest of the U.S. doesn't give a shit.
The south is the party of pubes, oldies, whites, christianist, and business.
they don't matter in national elections anymore.
sorry-you are south and you are stupid, and your intelligent young peeps flee immediately.
If you're going to play sloppy, like WI tonight, it helps if the opponent can't sink a shot.
Here's to a better game for Bucky on Saturday.
The Big Ten is looking strong in the tournament. No Big Ten team has won the championship since 2000.
Paminwi The LA Times actually did mention Yee's party in the online story. In print, for the koolaid drinkers, no.
Titus, blacks, industry, jobs and the future are moving back to the South and West. Have a good time in 1971.
Too bad for the Badgers. You might have done well against the Aztecs. Johnson and Gordon are going to do you in.
Why do all these places look like hippie joints? Is that the artwork out there, in general?
To quote, "Not that there's anything wrong with that".
Mountain Sun and Southern Sun are hippie commie capitalist restaurants. shhh the commies who work there and run the joint do not have any idea they are participating in capitalism.

46% more sex on road trips.
Here.

Are you kidding - that was a clinic.
And now it's on to Cincinnati to advance to the Frozen Four. Go Badgers!
Are you kidding - that was a clinic.
Too many turnovers, too many missed free throws.
Agree with mrs e. Bucky completely dismantled Baylor. The ball fakes and pivots were a thing of beauty. I just love watching them play.

That is my #1 basketball opinion.
