I have to drive five miles to a doctor because no one nearer would take Medicare insurance. Yet people say that the Medicare program works and are putting more people in it. "If you'd like a doctor, keep phoning and own a car."
Some libs have pointed out that several state exchanges have signed up tens of thousands of people. Today I read something that said that may be true, but hundreds of thousands in those states need to get insurance by Jan. 1, and they have to get it through the state exchange, or no subsidy. This could get very ugly for the libs. I know most of them were hoping that Obamacare would be unworkable, and that this would lead to a single-payer system, but if millions of people are worse off, rather than better, as a result of Obamacare there will be Hell to pay if you are a Dem. Exactly what 'single payer' legislation is their fall-back position? You can't just say 'medicare or medicaid for everyone!'. It would be as much of a nightmare to implement as announcing that now everyone qualified for social security and welfare checks.
Re: GM's poll: My family (on the SF peninsula) has lost all physicians, our recommended (but not settled on) policy per my current carrier has more than double the premium cost, double the deductible and co-pay. But on the bright side, my 57 year old wife will have maternity coverage, and my out-of-state child will not be coverable at all. So there's that. Oh, and no subsidy at all, since I have capital gain from sale of my primary residence in 2013 (though no actual net after-tax gain even after buying a smaller house.) So there's that, too.
Wow. THAT sure backfired on you, didn't it, garage, you idiot?
Let's be more direct, so that even a moron like you can understand: 5 million people lost their coverage because of Obamacare. (Maybe it's 5 million families. I don't know)
Every single one of these people lost access to their doctor.

How many have lost their doctor due to ObamaCare?

"And the sign said 'Long-haired freaky people need not apply'..."

Me: my neurologist, my endocrinologist, and my primary care physician. I haven't heard yet from the eye doctor.
Tim: "Garage logic: I am not homeless, therefor there are no homeless."
Further garage logic: I am not Russian, therefore there are no Russians.
Bob: "Me: my neurologist, my endocrinologist, and my primary care physician. I haven't heard yet from the eye doctor."
Inga will be along shortly to explain to you that you are lying.

Not sure if this is even possible, but try to think before you post.

garage mahal, really, this is happening. People are losing coverage. It's not a happy thing. Try to think before you post.
. . . and the choir sang: "only in the chimney as smoke, this is what the 'jidov' [jewry] is good for"
Sorry Bob, GM will refuse to acknowledge you exist.
"How many have lost their doctor due to ObamaCare?"
Me, my wife, my daughter.
Fortunately, I have new benefits with a new job unrelated to obamacare starting on the 1st, so I don't have to deal with the realities of lost care.

I posted a poll question, you answered. You didn't elaborate so I don't know what to add here.
My insurance is gone. New one offered is 70% more costly and $1000 more deductible. The signer explained more about Obamacare than the One ever did.
Oh yes, I have taken daily meds snce 1964. Thanks Obama!

I finally saw the sign guys performance for the first time today
His style is very similar to Indian sign language in old western movies.
