What if the 'fish aftertaste' is the best part?
I always wondered how they make fish not taste like...you know, fish.
If they could make broccoli not taste like ass, that would really be something.
People are always saying that you should eat more fish, pushing fish, but then they go ahead and use "fish" to refer to a smell and a taste that we instinctively find revolting.
Fish should not smell like fish. If you walk into a a fish counter and smell fish just walk away. Fish should smell like the ocean. In the midwest, I seek out freshwater fish. I eat seafood when I'm on either coast.
Those omega 3 packets are great for kids. Kids can't swallow capsules, and the gummi versions don't contain enough of the oil.
Sometimes you'll find the seafood is better in large midwestern cities than in some coastal areas. It's shipped more quickly and handled with a bit more care. Seems counter-intuitive, I know.

If your fish ol capsules taste fishy, they are rancid. Fish oil should be bought from reputable sources and then refrigerated.
Try Krill oil instead.
