What Illinois should do now is question the underlings as to how long this practice has been ongoing, and demand that the supervisor remit all of those monies that he was paid whilst snoozing....plus interest and reimbursement for benefits paid.; 3/30/13, 9:26 AM

Seven. One to run get donuts, three to stand around leaning on their shovels watching, one guy to supervise the crew, and an undocumented Hispanic named Jose to actually dig. Plus a guy named Vinnie who doesn't have to show up because his uncle is Chicago alderman.
