ICE is part of the Obama Administration. Janet Napolitano is Obama's pick, Obama's responsibility, and she released these, as it turns out, rather unwholesome illegal aliens. Back into America, of course. God forbid we should deport their unwholesome lawbreaking asses.

- make it visible

2. The part that is completely BS: ICE is headed by a political SES. No F'ing Way, some junior career SES or career GS-15, decides to turn 300 criminal illegals free without clearing it with the ICE Boss. Officially.
