ADDED: Rush Limbaugh riffs on the O Media decision:
It's not gonna air now because a bunch of stuffed shirts, a bunch of prisses, a bunch of morality police... objected.... So we were going to expand the definition of a family to include whatever people wanted it to be.... It was a show of love and devotion, how Shawty provides for all, and it's being ripped right out from under him. I mean, who says that this is a marginalized existence?

Rush Limbaugh had a funny riff on that this morning. Obama voters all.
Who was the lucky gal who got to give birth to two of his spawn?
The mother's day episode might have been interesting.
Right, because shows about ignorant PWT are fine but shows about ignorant blacks (that are not on COPS) are RACIST!
Not so sound like a 19th century morality police, but I do believe that popular media does influence how we view things. I am glad the stigma of being an unmarried mother is gone in some ways.....for example, less likely to abort the baby. But at the same time, I wish it was still the exception. We are about 30 years into kids raising kids, without an intact parent structure. What will we look like 20 years from now? At least now we still have some grandparents who are able to help raise the fatherless (and sometimes motherless) child.
I'd rather watch this than fictional bullshit like "Modern Family."
Dammit! Now what am I going to watch??????
I'd rather watch a documentary about Ghenghis Khan,
He really knew how to reproduce.

Not only that but he was the only one to reproduce. He killed all the males.
"Musician" seems awfully generous. He's a rap artist. Jesus, even "artist" seems awfully generous.
Oprah must be getting desperate.
Backing Little Zero has really killed her career.
But "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" is perfectly fine. It's A-OK to caricature white trash.

Meh... He stank!
Chuck66: You're right: the media does influence how we view things.
In this case, the issue was it would make us view black people in a lesser way, gawking and pointing, not that we'd view having bastard kids in a lesser way.
Chuck66: A very high percentage of kids in this situation are raised by their grandmothers.
I am not sure why the show was cancelled. It was vile from the get-go, nothing has changed to make it more or less so. Maybe they got a whiff of being viewed as racist if they continued or maybe they got backbone and decided to be racist and cancel.
Too bad. I wanted to see this go on the air. I wanted the discussion on why this happens, what is responsible, just how common it is (not 11 kids by 10 moms, mind you, but there's not a few that have 3 kids by 2 or 3 mothers - and I assure you they're by no means all black). Where is this going to?
But no. This might make some people look bad. So let's sweep it under the rug. And pretend that the societal changes of the last few decades have not had costs as well as benefits.
"I am not sure why the show was cancelled."
There was a massive protest from self-appointed representatives of the "black community" who claimed that it was disrespectful and would bring disrepute on them and that they were about to launch accusations of racism. Of course, making a bunch of white people look like fools and whores is no problem. That can be exposed to public view.
Reality is for people that can't handle drugs. We can't handle reality in this country anymore.
At least there wouldn't have been confusion on Father's Day.
So back in the day Mormons were bad because they formally married multiple women and committed to love and support all of them, but this guy's okay because he loves and supports his women, but doesn't marry them.
So is there something wrong with marriage?
Eric Holder is on line one.
Something about a national dialogue on race ...
Any of them named Julia?
Yeah what's the chance that rapper support lasts very long?
One father, many mothers, many children, a whole lot of redistributive change. They have to be careful about revealing the corruption their policies sponsor.
The conceived the show. They gave it life. Then they walked away.
That is really, truly funny! That'll keep me smiling all night. Thanks, Professor!
From Fox Sports (Spring of 2012):
"Antonio Cromartie is about to add some depth to his family roster. The wife of the NY Jets cornerback posted a sonogram photo on Twitter that suggests the pair is expecting twins.
That would make it 12 kids for Cromartie, with four from his wife, and eight others with seven different women."
Too bad it was cancelled. Now that's one 'reality' show I would have liked to see. Give the guy props. 11 kids and 10 woman dumb enough to have his kids and he hasn't been killed by one of his bitches. Awesome albeit in a weird way.
So now we have the PC morality brigade. What a country!
If only he'd married them all it would be considered polygamy and immoral. Then we could have watched a massive attempt at prosecution, especially if some of them were under age when they conceived.
Smart guy, courthouse ceremonies, just messed around with them and made a lot of babies. Nothing illegal about that.

Should read "Smart guy, NO courthouse ceremonies, just messed around with them and made a lot of babies. Nothing illegal about that."
Marriage is SWPL.
Unlike Rush, who has had zero children by at least four women. I wonder how they managed that?
Hello,
Was hoping I could do a guest post for 1800lawfirm.com. The title of the post would be something like "Why Lawyers Should Stay out of Politics!"
