It looks like a massive doodle. How long was that phone call?

They're called Zentangles and there are books to show you how to drawthem. Though not with this much talent, flair or animation.

Althouse should send some doodles to Chip to animate. I'll volunteer to produce a soundtrack at least as interesting as that one. (I know, setting the bar pretty low, here, cuz that's how I roll.)

Everyone does that when on hold for a government phone call. Well that or writing "fuck you" a million times.

Way too much caffeine.

Wow, and he's got many of these things! I love the gritty, "cruddy" textures and look of his drawing.

I liked the part where the guy's being chased, and he runs clean through the door, and the hole in the door is the same shape as the guy.

A little too much image noise for me, but I did like the part with the guys brain and all its connections until the other man pushed the brain in. Bleh.

kcom - the sand animation is amazing.

That's not really what I'd call an animation.

Layering up of images like that is not exactly what I'd call animation.

ST, that is an animation.

That's how I felt NYE.

No, Cookie, I work in the multimedia field, and that is not really an animation. It's more of a PowerPoint presentation.

It's a stop-motion animation made from multiple images.

So yes, it's an animation.

That animation is what I expected the Mayan Apocalypse to look like.
