"Impractical Accessories."
There's some great stuff in this slideshow, but attention must be paid to the 10th image, shoes designed by Iris Schieferstein, with the toe portion made from real horse's hooves and the high heels little pistols.

Since when does the word "practical" go together with the phrase "women's fashion?"
These shoes are as impractical as you can get, but everybody should have a pair.
These pointy-toed elf boots are all the rage among the Mexican narcocorrida fans.
Those shoes on slide #3 look like useful self-defense weapons. Perhaps they need to be licensed and restricted?

Funny thing...back in the 50's we called pointy toed shoes and boots Puerto Rican Fence Climbers. Leave it to the Mexicans to over do it, eh?
GOTH shoes. Shoes to make your feet sweat. Dog abuse. Why, Cher, WHY do you have a flowered helmetn that isn't even a full-face helmet? Horsey shoes that could get you arrested! And more insane shoes! And you wonder why men think women are nuts?
