I must say I find the ongoing back and forth between these 2 judges irritating.

Both know what the other is saying, which is what he's been saying for years. Why must they act out their diva drama in public… if TNR may be considered public.

Prseumably this is snarky vortext speaking, and TNR is the real target. Because it's not like, you know, academics don't sometimes act out their diva drama in public ... if blog posts, law reviews or the Chronicle of Higher Education may be considered public.

Atheists and secularists are really left hanging when judges are all we have left as ultimate authority. It was much better when the top of the totem pole was too high to see clearly.

Posner woke up one day and realized he's never going to be on the Supreme Court, and he's been pissed at conservatives ever since.

It's my email voice, in response to someone sending me that link. I was saying, essentially, why I don't want to blog stuff like this, but since I made my correspondent laugh, I decided to blog it.

Let this be the tip of the iceberg of things I don't blog. It's what I do for you, not blogging. There's tons of stuff that people think is the sort of thing that I would blog, but I'm quite resistant.
