Venn diagrams can get extreme.

They're not just circles.

Details here.

All that tortured geometry. And it doesn't come close to the beauty of a smile from a loved one. The twinkle in their eye, their tears in their sorrow.

Just my way of saying I'm jealous.

It's interesting the way they use additive primaries.

Mixing pigments as a kid, blue and yellow made green, but not so with light where blue and yellow make lighter blue and green and red make yellow. It's not very intuitive, IMHO.

I came up with this one months ago to illustrate Sandra Fluke's position in the set of all sluts.

Cool. Even cooler: fractals.

Since Quaestor gifted us with a Fluke Venn diagram, here are some Julia set fractals.

Does it seem to be saying that when a conservative (red) is also an enviro (green) it produces a chicken (yellow)

I only had to do Venns for discrete math.

for which I am now appropriately grateful.

Curiously the 11-set Venn reminds me of this old hippie mandala that graced the cover of Stephen Gaskin's psychedelic classic, Monday Night Class.
