Drudge's black-and-white page updated with Romney photo and "Smear: Too 'White' for NAACP Address."

Here's the freeze frame of Drudge right now. Here's the earlier discussion of Drudge's black-and-white page. Here's where the "too white" link goes.
In advance of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's speech Wednesday to the NAACP, a liberal group headed by a former New York Times reporter and ex-Media Matters executive have produced a video "satire" that claims blacks don't like Romney, who they dub so white he makes "Wonder Bread look like pumpernickel."
Oh, it's comedy. Let's watch the video. At the link.

Was that funny?

Right up (or down, as you prefer) with calling Condi Rice a "house nigger".

The Lefties really respect black people and treat them as equals.

Don't they?

This story is beyond the pale. I have to stop myself from feeling sorry for Obama for having these bigots in his camp. Why don't any leaders speak out against this?

DC is swamp in need of draining.

Hey remember when Obama was post-partisan and post racial?

That was great, wasn't it?

Romney saying "who let the dogs out" is very funny. Jon Stewart could do brilliant stuff with that.

Satire is really hard to do. I think it's the hardest of all art forms. Even comedians have trouble with satire.

But this "satire" is truly awful. Should come with a warning label. No comedians were involved with the making of this. Satire without laughs is just embarrassing.

It's emotionally inflammatory and meant solely to build hate in the viewer towards Romney. No humor is intended.

Notice how the people reciting the accusations make eye contact with the camera, to show how sincere they are, while the person responding looks away, so we don't trust them.

And I say "accusations" because that's all this video is, a series of accusations.

If people think Republicans don't understand black people, they should applaud Romney for reaching out to them. Not make fun of him.

I guess only Democrats are allowed to talk to black people. And not only can blacks only vote for Democrats, but Republican politicians aren't even allowed to ask them to vote some other way.

I'm sure if some funny edgy group made a video suggesting Barack was too shiftless to speak to The Chamber of Commerce hatboy and his pals would laugh hysterically. It's all in good fun.

"According to a news release, The Message said it plans to use videos to "say things that Democrats are afraid to say, connect with young voters-many of whom are alienated by today's political climate, and give smart and insightful voices an opportunity to contribute to the debate."

It isn't incivility if it's the truth.

/snark

Did anyone else read the article about the group directing The Message and how this is supposed to mold the future of political discourse?

Honestly... the parts that *aren't* satire are hysterical.

Sounds like some lefty NYC Jew out of Manhattan penned it for the "darkies" he cares about so much.
The average black has no fucking idea what pumpernickle is.

And obviously..... No! Because leftists and progressive Jews view mockery and demonization and going to motive as their most effective tools against moderates and conservatives. Mockery and making their enemies defend motive to "judges" was common tactic with the Bolsheviks. It usually preceeded the dispatch to the Gulag or dispatch by the bullet.

That is why in America - they are so quick to play the race, class, gender and anti-Senitic cards when one of their own is publicly mocked. Its not in fun. It is a tactic done in deadly ernest.

Jason the commenter is exactly right.

The demagogue devils are getting themselves ahead of events to pre-saturate the narrative. It is the same as the way they landed full vicious force within hours of the news that Sarah Palin would be McCain's running mate, but way before we would get to judge her for ourselves. ( and remember how "I can see Russia from here" was comedy, not Palin ?)

Really, really, now, do they not see that have become the very evil they claim to want to eradicate?!

The Democrats cannot win this November, nothing, nyet, nada, already we have lost so much Good.

Whoops, ranting ranting, chill now....

Romney should just blow them off. The NAACP stopped being a moderate, bi-partisan, multi-racial civil rights organization back in the 1970's and is today just another vuvulzela in the Democratic Party's noise brigade. The Reps should take addressing these clowns off the list of must-dos too. I mean what are they gonna do? Vote 99-1 against him in the election? (Hint: They already do.)

Obama sketch is now a photo. Photo of Romney is cropped to remove top of hair. The result Obama and Romney look remarkably similar, they appear to be the same shade of gray versus Obama's brother who clearly shows as black. Then Bree with eye black...too funny.

I was talking about all the claims that Republicans were racist to a high school student. He said that my generation really cares and gets upset about that type of accusation but to his generation it simply sounds out-of-date. They don't even get down to true or false. It's just out of date and they pay no attention. This surprised me. But Obama is losing the very young vote and maybe this is one reason.

The Lefties yell, "Raaacissstt!", to make themselves feel good (remember last night's post about how Conservatives are happier?), even they know it doesn't work on anybody anymore.

You watch the video. I'm sick of this 'racist' nonsense. Sick. Of. It.

Wasn't this president supposed to usher in a new era of post racialism? We're more divided than ever. And I think he likes it that way.

C-fudd, Drudge is Jewish while NYT publisher Sulzberger is an Episcopalian who loudly rejects his Jewish heritage and hates Israel as much as you do, as do most lefties. I love it when Jew-baiting douchebags like you shit all over themselves because their sphincter has gotten too loose.

Now there's a black and white photo with the caption "Strange Vortex Discovered on Saturn Moon..."

I honestly think Drudge is tweaking Althouse.

Of course Romney is too White for the NAACP. He believes in hard work, family, and personal responsibility.
