Liberal trumps all other ideologies. Whatever else you are it's bad if you also happen to be conservative, it's good if you happen to be liberal, but you WILL go under the liberal bus if you become inconvenient. It's also always amusing to watch gay people accuse those they hate of being gay.
Does it mean that gays will be more likely to vote Republican because they think they see this? Every vote counts. I wouldn't care where the votes come from if I were Romney. But is Obama's idea to scare away Republicans by implying that the other side is gay? Obama isn't for gay marriage, but says that his ideas are "evolving." Obama remains a major mystery. Wht he really thinks on almost every major topic still isn't clear: even to him.
Notice the quote is only from Rhandi Rhodes on her show. I fear by jumping too quickly to cry foul, conservative commentators will only help Team Obama itself to avoid the rocky shoals of their own cynicism.
This is precisely a point I made five years ago, coincidentally, one of only a few of mine that I sent to Instapundit and he saw fit to cite as an "UPDATE".

IF YOU’RE GOING TO A GLOBAL WARMING SHINDIG, IT SHOULD AT LEAST BE IN A hybrid SUV, shouldn’t it? I mean, if it’s good enough for me, it should be good enough for...
Okay, I guess that doesn’t actually work.
UPDATE: Reader EDH thinks this shouldn’t be getting publicity:
"I’m afraid the conservative blogs are too far ahead of the news cycle: they are becoming corrective image consultants to the Democrats. Expect Pelosi to take a hybrid tomorrow. As with the Edwards campaign bloggers, the quick blog attention helps them correct their missteps, well before the sympathetic MSM would ever begrudgingly get around to covering it."
A quibble/ correction, I think you might have meant to quote "Ann Althouse predicted it"-- not "remembers it" (the remembering was done by Instapundit; the predicting was done by Althouse).
Do we get to call you, "Carnac The Magnificent" now?

All victim classes must agree to be abused by the Party for its larger power aims.
Gay is Good, and bullying the Gay is Bad, except when it might increase the power of the party.
As I've been telling Hatman, anyone who wants to find out how much the Lefties love "Gays" should only wait until one runs as a Conservative Republican.
Or two straight guys campaigning together just hit it off really well.
To make this a contrast that works, Obama is beginning to portray himself as a Will Rodgers Everyman type. Shucks, he's one of us.
It's been funny watching him try that out of late because it is so phony. But Obama knows how easy it is to hustle the voters with whatever line they want to believe for the night.

Blacks, women, etc., take notice of Fen's law.
I did think that was a particularly good call by Althouse.
But I never believed they'd actually use it.
Never.
Tells you how much I know.

Queer eye for the straight guys.

I imagine a campaign yard sign with both mens' heads side by side and bold fusia letters "NTTAWWT".

And hatboy no where to be seen.
Finally. A Republican ticket that even Titus can get behind. NTTAWWT.

You underestimate him.
Obama doesn’t need or even want to be clear in his own mind; for him the essential is winning and the end justifies any means.
It's a bird, it's a plane...no its Weirdo Mitt.

SOME voters.....
Gee, I must have missed the news that Randi Roads is working for the Obama campaign.
"Gee, I must have missed the news that Randi Roads is working for the Obama campaign"
It's in the same memo that announces Limbaugh is working for Romney and that Nancy Pelosi is the "Official Clown" of the Rush Limbaugh Show.

Freder also missed the memo about Pearl Harbor.
