Don't really understand mixing of pigments. When I go to Home Depot they take a can of white and add a few different other colors in small amounts to produce the color you want. I thought white was a mixture of the primary colors and black was the absence of color.

So American industy is incapable of making black in adequate quantities?

Could one of the worshippers of the exalted narcisstic sociopath kindly explain why it is ok for him to go to Brazil and promise them $2 billion in our Gulf of Mexico but Americans are forbidden to drill, despite a court order? And richer, after a hit cars can not be black. It will show thru the paint.
Silver is the computers colors so is the most used: "hip"
Then white neutral color.
Blue and red are widely used too.

But the majority of Priuses are still made in Japan.
