Best guess is that they discovered belatedly that if they enforced the rule on everybody then they'd be left with no on camera "talent" when the smoke cleared and the dust settled.; 11/9/10, 9:22 AM

Kirby Olson said...: He spent 7500 dollars, and was off the air for 48 hours. Did they make a decision to fine him a certain number of hours per dollars spent? I just wondered if there was any correlation. It comes down to one hour of suspension for every 156 dollars that he gave to his candidates.

But doesn't he do more for Democrats when he's actually on air for an hour.

The whole episode is confusing.

If he's not allowed to back a party, or to back Democrats, then why is he on air, always doing that? If he's allowed to speak for them, but not give money, why isn't he allowed to put his money where his mouth is?; 11/9/10, 9:59 AM
