Unless you're driving, because then you'll merge with the pavement.

That, Madame, is a wintry looking sky. Getting chill up your way?

When I was a pedestrian, I did that a lot. You do begin to understand what inspired some of the cloudscapes in those florid paintings of the 18th and 19th centuries.

PS Nice you can take some time off to unwind.

Shortening

The day begins
And just like that
The sun goes down
And day is squat.

Nice shot of matching silos. The livestock will get to eat all winter.

I like that sliver of river in the second photo, reflecting the sky.

I thought that shot was done today. Only reason I said what I did, I thought it might be another look at our weather 2 days from now.

I would've ended it with something more like:

Whoa, look out - a little brown bat!

e: Based on our weather here today, I predict for you a picture perfect Thursday.

OK, august Althousean colleagues, what are your thoughts on this?

Oh, and here is the background story.

My keyboard is spooked. Yesterday it typed British £ for #, although I could get a # by using option + 3, which is the ordinary way to get £. So I took the keyboard off American and put it on British and now it's back to behaving like an American keyboard. I do not understand this sudden reversal.

Thank you, sir. The Blonde has terrible headaches when it rains and, since she broke her foot, that gives her trouble, too. A couple of days' warning allows her to medicate and minimize the effects.
