Wisconsin's governorship has been a top target for both parties, with groups aligned with each side running ads to disparage Walker or Barrett. Meanwhile, President Barack Obama, who has helped Barrett raise money, has visited Wisconsin three times since June and is scheduled to hold a Madison rally on Sept. 28.Calendar marked! Marked and Tommed.
(Back in August, we were admiring Walker's excellent anti-high-speed-rail ad.)
IN THE COMMENTS... Okay, okay, so it's Scott Walker... and my "marked and tommed" joke makes even less sense than originally. I'm bored with the names Mark and Scott.

Cute.
Good bye Tom. We hardly knew ye. At least you will still have time to work on that awful sewage problem.
Ah another example of Althouse's "intentional, heartfelt distance from politics."
I watched Barett's speech last night. He looked like a poster boy for Tourette's syndrome.
The one plus for Democrats is that Barrett won’t lose due to his association with Obama. He's already DOA.
Its Scott Walker, not "Mark" Walker.
wv: ginesses
Am I missing a joke here? Scott Walker won...not Mark Walker.
Calendar marked! Scotted and Tommed.
Very droll, Madame.
WV "xesses" What you see when a porn flick goes too far.
Said Mark Walker,
Its Scott Walker, not "Mark" Walker.
oops, pursuit of "drollness" gets in the way of accuracy.
We won't let the Professor get off Scott-free
Who is Mark Walker?
Methinks the hostess has been spending too much time in Illinois.
Illinois' Mark Walker
I've heard about Madison being out of touch but this is ridiculous.
Know who won't be at the September event in Madison with President Obama?
Russ Feingold. He'll be in a far distant part of Wisconsin that day; an increasingly usual habit of his during this election cycle.
"Know who won't be at the September event in Madison with President Obama?"
We should all show up wearing Russ Feingold masks.
I'm bored with the names Mark and Scott.
You're bored? How do you think they feel?
