BTW, I agree that AA is probably right, but not probably enough that I'd be willing to make this bet on it, and be willing to make the bet that, if it is upheld, there won't be a constitutional amendment overturning it.

I wrote an article here about why same sex marriage supporters should not cheer this decision.
