Daniel Fielding said...: C3- I will tell you where the US Aid money went. Here, on the campus of the Univ of michigan, there are undergrads driving Porsche Boxters, drinking in bars, and partying up a storm. All these guys are sons of Pakistani Generals/ministers/senior govt officials.
